I would encourage you to learn to read ingredient labels carefully.For example, pre-shredded cheeses almost always have added non- cheese ingredients, and in many healthy sounding products there can be added sugars that one wouldn't even think would be in that type of product. For a healthier cheese hack, buy blocks of cheese and shred it yourself. Pre-shredded cheese contains a non-caking agent, and prevents consistent melting from what I have noticed.
