The only quality issues with the meat or cheese IMO would be for their hot subs, the beef and chicken steak is sub standard (pardon the pun) along with the white american cheese. Besides that you dont need boars head quality meat and cheese on the sandwich or people would REALLY complain about the price and no one stops bitching about the quality... even IF we started using boars head products and we keep things at the same price the overhead will be too much so corporate will have to take a pay cut and that means people get laid off hours get cut for the employees and in store managers... because corporate (for any company) would rather run locations in the ground and fire half of every crew than have something mess with their profit margins.
I work at subway so it’s a joy to be able to say, I would hate taking your order. You weren’t horrible, just really annoying and you have a bad way of going about telling them pretty much anything. You make our day longer.

If they were paid minimum wage, then yes. The job descriptions states-$11 an hour. That is not a low wage required for tipping. Also, you tip when you want to need or when it is mandatory. If were busser is a different thing, they will need tips.

That has to be extra meat I work at jersey mikes subs and we only put one row of turkey and one row of roast beef but on our #7 we throw two rows of turkey as well

Lol yeah there was nothing really wrong with asking for better tomatoes or for them to evenly spread the onions the employee was also extremely slow my guess is they are new but even so the hate on this video comes down to them working on your food with a lot of care and good quality food and hard work for you they met all your demands and you still didn't give them a tip on a 50$ order ouch however having worked in these restruant environments I can tell you the tip goes to the person running the cash register who probably had no involvement in your sandwich making other then cutting and wrapping it it seems so on one side it's a little outrageous of you but on the other the tip wasn't going to go to the right person so there isn't alot you can do in this situation
I am a Jersey Mike's employee and no the tips do not go to the person running the register the tips are all added together at the end of the day and added to our paycheck
At my store tips get split by the percentage of hours you work by all employees. So total hours worked for the period are like 564 and you work 13% of those hours you get 13% of the tips, other stores might do it differently.
Former Jersey Mike's employee here. I worked for the first Jersey Mike's in California from 09-10. Our tips were handled even worse than you imagine. The manager and supervisor would do them by hours and what they thought you deserved. Some weeks it would be $10 cash, sometimes $60. Awful company to work for.
For 47 dollars I don't think asking for even out onions or better looking tomatoes was a big deal if he didn't say anything they would have just done it any kind of way .

Hey I just got the job at Jersey Mike’s and they guy that interviewed me he didn’t really ask me any questions he just gave me information about the position and about Jersey mikes. I hope you get it
Should of worked on the 2 giants and should of been fastest, also the correct amount of the Onions, lettuce, tomatoes, vin oil and herbs. Customer also was getting concerned over his food about one the onions being placed on correctly, also how the tomatoes were nasty looking. I work at jersey mikes and will never find me doing this. I have been taught how to be a effective and fast team member with the help of my great management team. This is has surprised me since I thought we all would follow protocol.

Each row is 6 slices sometimes I add extra slices for ham but I tune down the thickness. It’s the same weight. But a much better presentation.
