Delicious Mediterranean chicken with saffron

Hello friends, how are you?
Today I propose not the usual chicken, but the slightly revisited Mediterranean version, in memory of the rabbit hunter that my grandmother used to cook and of which I can still smell the scent.
In fact, this version of my chicken has all the ingredients of my grandmother's rabbit hunter style, but differs in the use of tomato and saffron.
The result, however, is the same explosion of aromas and flavors.
