video starts with the pump/block mounted higher than the radiator. this means the air bubbles can get into the pump and kill it faster and increase pump noise
most of these channels don't really know what they are talking about, they just have good production values and spit out marketing crap

You have a ways to go on your video production, as many have already mentioned. Also wouldn't consider this a proper list of motherboards if you never actually tested them. Most have similar features because they are the features the chipset provides anyway. The real comparison would be performance and reliability in real world scenarios, not a spec sheet list.

Great video, just when you make a state of the art tutorial about latest and best motherboards, showing someone plugging in a VGA cable to an 20 year old PC is not a good thing! lol
buying motherboard check in Bois level it Has serial number or not no serial number in Bois means don't buy it
And while buying motherboard check drivers updates and Bois update support for at least 5 years
For long run these things make your computer to run stable and good performance without any issue
These all things which I told is important for your motherboard so please check all this things before buying any low to high cost motherboard

Wow what a surprise at 6:10 😄 I never would have thought I would see the AMD K6-2 again. That's back in the day, I was in highschool in 1998 when that processor came out. 266 MHz! hell yeah! 😂 weird how he used a socket 7 processor from the late 90s when he mentions the AM4 socket.
That was my first CPU 🙂 As far as I remember I've managed to overcloack AMD K6-2 300 to 350 mHz 😊
Hearing you through the very bassy music is a challenge
So many channels spend so much time editing and and researching for their videos, and then they can't even spend 2 seconds levelling their audio.
I'm about to get my first pc built at microcenter. I'm getting a ryzen 7950x3d, nactua cpu cooler with a kryo sheet onstead of paste, 4090, dominator 7200 24gb titanium ram, Samsung pro 990 4tb fast slot, 2tb on back, on a 650i ultra aorus Elite mini atx powered by a thermaltake gold certified power supply and in a tower 200 black. Ill still have a free ssd slot. Im not sure at my total I'm thinking about 3k. It will be in a icu room level filtration so dust will never touch it.
I own the z690 e-gaming Wi-Fi and I love it. I wouldn't recommend any motherboard to any enthusiast without the debug led.

You should add chapters to your videos. Makes for easy selection which part of the video you're interested in
Future proofing is the biggest lie in PC building. If you want a reliable platform you're not going to get a mobo that lasts for several generations of CPU (AMD make some good products but they lack the reliability of Intel CPU's and Nvidia GPU's) Decide what performance you require and build a system that exceeds that, bearing in mind that extra performance costs more.

Gigabyte z790 was co.plete garbage. That mobo has so many issues with the i9 13900k. I could never stop the BSODs or crashing, I sent it back and got a different mobo and it fixed all my problems.
I like your video presentation but what's more important is the information given. It's hard to hear you. The best videos sometimes are the simple ones. Less music more intimate.
When you do these type of video please ditch the background music when describing a product. Your viewer should focus on the what they see and the vocal description of what they are seeing.
If your going to use background music you should learn how to lower the volume so people can hear you talk over the music

I don't know how z790 apex isn't top #1. You also forgot about msi z790i edge which is much cheaper but can provide insane ram OC and stability.

It's a decent board but z790i edge beats it because it has only 2 ram slots which doesn't stress the system as much and can make ddr5 clock much higher because of the overall better topology@@TesGon

Fire your editor, the first 2 solid minutes of this video is talking about telling me about the top 5 and then the rest of this video the music volume is louder than your voice and almost impossible to actually hear what you are saying.

PLEASE HELP QUESTIONS, Hi my mobo doesnt support all the ram I have, it works with 1 stick or I can use 2 sticks but only in slot A1 and A2 so I loose the dual channel getting 16gb of ram, is 1 slot of 8gb better than 2 slots of 8gb for 16 but in channel A1 and A2, it worked for a second in A1 B1 but I checked and the mother board MSI Tomahawk mag B550 does not support the ram I accidently got, I thought it was 3200 mhz but its 2400 mhz ddr4 and wont run all 4 stick or even 2 sticks unless in channels A1 and A2 the correct positions wont work.

The msi tomahawk is a faulty mobo. A lot of people report doa, no lights, nothing. It seems more like luck than anything. I bought 2 and none worked.
Licence free music which is pretty loud and total crap. But so's the commentary so you don't really miss much by not hearing the dialogue very well. There's much better videos to wasre your time watching.
Besides the fact dude has 3 ads in his video. I'm still sure he was paid to give the boards good reviews. Msi z790 tomahawk has alot more to offer than he let on. Like m.2 gen 5 compatability, also had rgb headers. And a few other things he lead on like the other boards didn't. But still managed to make it look like it's a "budget" option. What a prick

I think the best for am4 is b550 vsion-d. But its expensive. I have one and its so good. The only problem for me (well...my problem with the others) is that only asus has aura sync...all of the other has horrible rgb software

I would say per my experience, do not go with MSI it has no durability. I wasted my my 300$ and just after its 3 year warranty expiry it got faulty and surprisingly MSI service center itself says that it is unrepairable.

@@alphaomega1969 Gigabyte has(had?) a not-closed backdoor, which a Gigabyte provided a fix patch said to be partial fix(I don't know for sure) . ASUS had over voltage problem, which they provided a fix, but said if we apply, they revoke warranty.

I bought two ASUS boards in a row and both had bad connections to the main power connection. It wasn’t the power source because I checked that in two different ways. Don’t buy ASUS, Aorus all the way!
