Thanks for sharing these tools. I will use it in my life. I plan to start mastermind meetings for Israeli newcomers to help them adapt quickly and easily to the new society.

I am a Graduate Student in IO Psychology. We are currently studying Social Capital and Trust. We have been tasked with building a "trust" toolkit for an organization we currently work for or are working with. Your tips and tools are exactly what I needed to get my thoughts flowing. I have subscribed to your channel and look forward to hearing back. Kindest Regards, Stella

Stella, this is such an AMAZING fit. You've got to check out our Connection Toolkit. There might be some good inspiration in the language and tools there even if you don't purchase. Just the page might spark something great 👍👍 weand.me/product/connection-toolkit/ It's on Amazon as well: amzn.to/3fLGhk2

Thanks. These ingredients are so simple and powerful. I have used ALL of them in 100% of workshops and keynotes that I've led in the past several years.

Thanks so much for another take on the 5 ingredients! You mentioned that there's no pressure to include everything you shared in the video in one meeting of course (in fact, that's not recommended). However, would you say that this is the general framework that you use when leading meetings, gatherings, etc.? And do you look to hit each of the five components in most things you lead? Or, do you focus in on one or two? I am thinking that it could almost become a daily format for structuring a college course meeting but am wondering if "forcing" an unofficial start or very intentional closing might feel like too much every meeting? This seems like such a valuable framework, and I am also wondering if there is anything written or researched about it in addition to your outstanding video explanations.

Beautiful question. Personally, every time I design a session, a keynote, or a series of trainings, I write 1 through 5 on my iPad and fill in the agenda for all 5 ingredients. It adds a simple, powerful structure that is designed for contribution-not consumption. I've been doing this 100% of my sessions for the past two years, and it has saved me hundreds of hours of prep and indecision of what to do when.
Now...in a regular meeting with a few other people...yeah, I skip some ingredients. But as an experience design framework, it has been golden for me.

What do you mean Ginger? You mean you subscribed but didn't get routed to the free resources page? It's right here: weand.me/free-tools-and-resources-from-we-and-me But I suspect that is not what you are asking actually.
