So am i, and these days in my neighborhood it's pretty quiet, and i didn't really make friends with them, but in my old town they were all friendly, and they did a lot of normal favors on each other. It really is nice to feel at home and in good company.

Its really nice having wholesome neighbors like them. My family and our neighbors would also share foods everytime we make or order lots and most of the time its viands we can eat with rice or desserts like cakes and chocolates
In Turkey,when someone offers their neighbors a plate of food it’s common that the neighbor will fill that plate back with food and fill another plate of their own then give it back. The other neighbor does the same,so if you think about it it’s actually an unending chain of feeding and being fed by neighbors-which really warms you to the environment you live in. I was able to witness this multiple times while visiting my cousins,I was shocked about how they were so comfortable while taking/giving food. Turns out they were doing that for years.
I highly recommend you to try and maybe see if they can make you Pão De Queijo or Pastel which is a very traditional brazillian food and it's super tasty
My neighbour is Nigerian and she always bring over either, I think it's called Naija beef stew?.. or she brings jollof rice with fried plantains. Both are freaking amazing

It's actually a common ASIAN culture. We should give food to our neighbours at least once every 2-3 weeks and return the plate or tiffin back to the neighbour with food
My family has a great relationship with our neighbors. We always share dishes and recipes with eachother. My neighbors are of Dominican heritage and I come from African American/ Hopi tribe and Cherokee tribe native. I love seeing videos like this. You should definitely try other Brazilian foods!! I think the most liked ones are feijoada, Strogonoff, coxinha and pão de queijo. Feijoada is my favorite, I could replace regular beans for feijoada everyday.
I love seeing neighbours exchange meals, here in Malaysia we live with multiple races such as Malays, Chinese, Indians and others and we live in a community where exchanging food is very common. Different delicacies throughout the year for each other to share :)
