Ingredients:
Veggie Marinate: Dahi / Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Red chili Powder - 1 tsp
Biryani masala - 2 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Green chili - 3
Salt - 1 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves - 3-4 tbsp
Mint - 2-3 tbsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Veggies and Paneer - 1 1/2 to 2 cup total
For Rice:
Water - 6-7 cup
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 - 2 tbsp
Basmati Rice - 2 1/2 cup (soaked for 30 mins)
For Assembling:
Ghee - 3 tbsp + 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Cashewnuts - 3 tbsp
Green Cardamom - 3-4
Cloves - 3-4 pods
Cinnamon - 1'
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Birista / Fried Onion - 6-7 tbsp
Dahi - 1/2 cup
Water - 1/4 cup
Saffron - 1 pinch (soaked in hot water)
