Black cardamom - 1

Onion - 3
Salt - 1.5 teaspoon to 2 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 6 tablespoon
Red chilli powder - 2 teaspoon
Spice powder - 2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
Curd - 500 ml
Green chilies - 4
Few mint and Coriander leaves
Rice basmati - 1 kilo
FOR RICE
Water - 5 liter
Oil - 2 teaspoon
Salt - 6 teaspoon
Mint and Coriander leaves
Cloves - 4
Cardamom - 2
Bay leaves - 2
Cinnamon stick - 1
