Love the exterior color of the house and I love the way you have incorporated the bay window to the front of the house when making your kitchen/ dining room addition. REALLY lovely architectural details with all of the windows, too!

Love love love it!! I see we buy our wall paper at the same place! I have the pink and am also chair-rail-dividing but chose the striped 1 with the pink and lime green. You know the 1!! Love how you recycled house hold "trash" into light fixtures! NEVER would have guessed!! I also added onto my Painted Lady. Just not enough room to do all we want to do, is there!?! Very inspired by your video! It's people like u that help people like myself get motivated! I am nowhere near this state of completion! I actually assigned all my rooms and placed the furniture so I can decide on where everything is going! Especially lighting! Don't want to put in sconces then realize I needed wall space there! Has proven to b worth the efforts already! Had to move marks around so that things could b hung, pictures, rugs, shelves, etc... Very helpful hint to anyone planning a lot of designated space for certain items! This is especially helpful also if u are using tall furniture and only have that 1 wall n the room that will accommodate it! Hate to b placing furniture then find out u can't because of a sconce dead center of that pieces planned location! Thank u so much 4 sharing this!! Can't wait 2 check out your other videos and tutorials!! (I tend 2 ramble, so sorry!!) Great job, btw!! Love all your attention to details!!! Hoping mine comes out just as nice!!

I like how you start doing that beacon dollhouse differently you and your dad and a lot of handmade stuff I mean it's pretty the way you do it I have a niece that does that too that she makes little tiny mentor furniture and stuff I wish I couldn't have to do that but I don't I just love miniature stuff I just don't have the knack to make it but it is coming out pretty and I need to build my doll house so I could put my dolphin gender cuz I have some vintage doll furniture like in the pastel color it's like carved rosettes on it and stuff and it's so if you want to do shabby chic that would be a good bedroom set to put into because it's like in the shabby chic colors it's a vintage one

Aww thank you so much Keri. I actually have an Instagram but have no idea what to do with it so I'm never on it. However, I love talking to and communicating with everyone about miniature things because what I don't know the other person may. It allows us to help each other so if you make a Facebook page I have an entire page dedicated to this dollhouse and I'm on it all the time. I can't believe she carpeted those original hardwood floors and stairs
The kit wood was rubbish and it showed. If I had to do it again I would have remade them with Basswood then kept them natural.
I'm considering Fairfield but I'm having second thoughts since this video.. would u tell me why u got this doll house?

YOUR DOLL HOUSE IS TOTALLY AMAZING. I WILL BE HAPPY IF MY DOLL HOUSE COMES OUT 1/2 AS GOOD AS YOUR'S. BUT THIS IS MY FIRST DOLL HOUSE. MY HARD PART IS HOW TO LAY IT OUT. MY FIRST TWO ROOMS ARE THE KITCHEN & FAMILY ROOM. THE FAMILY ROOM IS IN THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE & THE KITCHEN IS IN THE BACK OF THE HOUSE. THE TWO ROOMS ARE OPEN MAKING ONE VERY BIG ROOM.
