Good video. I undid all three screws and all three cable+thingies but the head unit won't come out, even with a lot of force (and I am a rock climber so I have strength). It is almost as if the radio is bolted or glued from the inside

No, you don't need to remove the cables for a bulb change

I never needed to remove the dashboard, just used small speakers that fitted nicely
