Thats a nice writeup. I was looking into starting Toxic Rain with a Raider for Heist, but this makes me reconsider. The Flask bonuses are just too big especially with Master Alchemist and Natures Reprisal
One thing to note is that they've removed the "reduced mana cost of skills" modifier from jewels. Besides that, great guide. I've been looking for a concrete build plan for a heist runner because I'm awful at putting together my own builds, and I think I may end up doing this!

1.Toxic Rain of Withering in league start setup. Why its with withering touch, every attack like 6 pods u have 5 totems isnt it more then enough withering, even if only 4 overlaps? Trans gem mb good idea for clear. 2. less duration flasks...? 3.Mb momentum support for more movespeed? (replace faster attacks) 4. Funny idea with chest. But if you go 39 aoe, you can add proj from tree and it would be 5 overlaps. (multishot node). I mb wrong with this one
most of them can be made with harvest. i used to add the crafting guide but since no one is watching it, i skipped it. for bow you can use similar one i used for EA Champion guide..
Hi mate, I thought the increased aoe of the skill should be 37-42% according to POE wiki. Is it reasonable to go over this breakpoint using the Carcass Jack?
I hear a lot of good feedback about Poisonous Concoction due to its easy setup for leveling. Is it worth trying to apply your tips towards that build for lab running?
Can you clear the atlas with this build? Posible to do it with a quill rain? Will focus on heist in the begining and want to know if 83 contracts can be done without A bis bow
I honestly dont remember coz i kept switching several times to try different strats. It dint matter for this build coz I was anyway farming labs and heist blueprints. in atlas i sure did have all the points for heist but not for lab.
Did you manage to do any uber uber labs with this build last league? I'm looking for a lab runner that will be able to run gift's comfortably. They will be pretty expensive again and don't wanna die too often.

Eldritch Battery seems to be the play here. There's also Diadem to support that EB, and there's also the updated unique Tides of Time.

You know what.. last league i made easy money farming Lab 1 with this build.. sometimes lab 3. check out my video from last league (GEM FARMING)

chances are less this time. you can follow my same guide from last league. the tip is, dont do what everyone is doing..

suggest heist from act 9 to 10 at league start (for chaos vendor recipe and small currencies)

you can follow any league starter atlas tree. for loot filter, search on google for filterblade, then download the semi strict one.

Yes! you can. attack speed and aoe is great (but caps at 4 overlaps of pods). can easily run 83 heist blueprints and contracts

Hi, mate, yo can use 1 lvl cwdt with 10 lvl molten shell/steeskin. For quality of life.

did not test on gift/dedication as its a league starter for farming upto Uber labs..

no. dont league start with BB. its a powerful build that requires some spicy gear.
