Please! It's nothing to see in Zephyrhills. It's country as hell. My mother in-law live there now and she's about to move because she can't stand it there. I don't even like to go there to visit her and it's too damn far from Tampa with those two lane roads. You have to drive almost a half hour to get to I75.
Florida Travel Vlogs did a really crappy video on Zephyrhills,they missed downtown Zephyr Park and Dade City without the downtown,it was an extremely generic video.
Next time drive through the city of Dunedin. I'm interested in relocating to FL from NYC. I'm focusing more on Sarasota. St. Augustine seems to be a bit pricey Condos. Sarasota does have single family homes in the 55+ community. Have a good weekend lovebirds.

His brother Simeon Elijah Sparkman was a long running tax assessor (now called tax collectors) their 1st cousin Stephen Malancthon Sparkman was a U.S. Congressman for the area. The Sparkman Channel was named after him.

Tampa and Clearwater is only about a five minute drive across the Causeway Bridge from each other. And St.Pete is about a ten minute ride across the Howard Franklin Bridge. Tampa, St Pete & Clearwater is like one big city. It's too many people moving here now and not a lot of affordable housing.

south Tampa is like a big rectangle, from gandy to international mall to stadum, to bayshore, back to gandy. Then take up the middle of rectangle via Dale Mabry. This is too see the real Tampa.
The stadium area is not south tampa my man, that's considered west Tampa and that's where it's like lil Havana. La teresita on Columbus by Lincoln, MacDill and Columbus area. And the area he's in, you wanna go south down Armenia south of MLK blvd

This is a crime ridden city. I have lived here since I was 17. I'm 58 now. Theives, car jackings, shootings, prostitution alot of porn shops, and ybor City is very very dangerous. I don't know why you people think this is such a great place. Slot of homeless here and food lines.
