  • How to make the best breakfast burritos! We make this mild BURRITO filling each week in advance so that it is ready to go each morning! The cajun and garlic flavorings are unique and so delicious! Watch Craig (Tam's husband) make them and wrap them "papoose" style, easiest for eating. Making your food in advance for the week is a great tip! Some foods are better than others that way. This burrito filling is so yummy each day as the flavors have time to gel together in the refrigerator. SO YUMMY!!

    He uses a Fiesta Blend grated cheese but has also used regular cheddar cheese. The fiesta blend is like this: amzn.to/3z5ncnv
    The special spices used are from Winco's bulk section:
    Smokey Cajun Seasoning, number 2935... which is basically a blend of paprika, sea salt, chili peppers, natural smoke flavor, sugar, parsley, garlic, and canola oil.
    Roasted Garlic Pepper Blend, number 1516
    The best tortillas for this are the La Mexicana brand. We find these at Winco also. They have a lighter texture and aren't as gummy feeling as other tortillas.
