Here, order is maintained by the Church of Seiros, which hosts the prestigious Officer’s Academy within its headquarters. You are invited to teach one of its three mighty houses, each comprised of students brimming with personality and represented by a royal from one of three territories. As their professor, you must lead your students in their academic lives and in turn-based, tactical RPG battles wrought with strategic, new twists to overcome. Which house, and which path, will you choose?
The game features the refined gameplay the Fire Emblem™ franchise is known for. Command a party of warriors to move and fight on a grid-based battlefield and, for the first time in the series history, assign battalions of troops to support individual units in battle. As a professor, you are responsible for teaching your students and improving their skills in their academic lives and in battle. These may be school assignments, but the stakes are very real. Your students’ lives depend on your leadership. It’s up to you to guide each of them, so that they may wield a variety of weapons, master the study of magic, and acquire special skills such as horsemanship. But there’s more to being a professor than commanding armies. Freely roam Garreg Mach Monastery and the academy within it, while interacting with talented students to build relationships and gather intel. After meeting one enigmatic girl named Sothis…you’ll come to realize that she appears only within your mind. What other mysteries await?

I honestly think the next game should be a prequel to three houses. Like a game that goes through what occurred at the red canyon and the build up to this fight. Do we know most of the stuff that occurs, yes but there is still literally SO MUCH potential for a prequel!

10/10 play Nemesis route if it portrayed him less as a villain or more of a tragic hero or antihero since he still has to lose but leave it as he inspired people to change fodlan.

Still, once you learn just what he did to deserve it you realize Nemesis got off easy!
(he made entirely unprovoked attacks on Seiro's "children" (her ten champions the dragon saints) that cost them their lives... all for a country that was blatantly manipulating him from minute one!
Seiros did not have any beef or conflict with that atheist foreign civilization until AFTER they convinced Nemesis that the world would be better off without the Goddess Sothis's influence so he decided to murder his former comrades!
Was decimating their civilization harsh? absolutely, no one is disputing that!
but it also made sense in context.
because A) it made an example of them, thus demonstrating the Church's power and the folly of making unprovoked attacks on her territory and B) long term it saved numerous innocents lives than a drawn-out conflict over decades.
Well said! Don't remember in-game but was it confirmed Nemesis & the 10 Elites used to know/fight with Seiros before this? The way his eyes open up when she mentions the red canyon suggests all isn't what it seemed... honestly we only know the past because of what "Rhea" herself tells us in-game so wouldn't be surprised if she was still lying about some stuff. If only Sothis regained her memories!
Also turning them all into literal weapons. He deserves it all.

Everyone with some common sense, losing a sword: "Well... She's running to me. I'm taller, tougher,a dn not that much slower, so maybe I should block her moves?"
Nemesis after losing his sword: "NOOOOOOOOOOO! What am I gonna do? I juste punched her earlier, but scenarium prevents me from acting!"
It makes sense, though. His inaction tells us about his fighting style; he's most likely used to only fighting with weapons more than using hand-to-hand combat. You say that he goes to punch her, and while he might do that, there was another thing that could cause inaction: surprise. Did you see the way Seiros took his weapon with hers? If Nemesis wasn't expecting that, it'd make sense he was too shocked to do anything to react.

Nemesis and Seiros originally had a little romance going on, which is why she goes nuts- she feels responsible. Also why she had no qualms about doing what she did to Byleth. She viewed Byleth’s parents as repeating her mistake, and this way she could kill two birds with one stone- bring back her mom and make sure there’s no more forbidden romance.
