I am new on a Youth Baseball team this summer and I watched some of your videos before every game I Actually have a game tonight. So thank you for the great help at the plate and out field.
Hey coach Justin, I was wondering if you would do a video on your favorite baseball glove and why you like, I am curious about which is the best glove out there, thanks for the tips btw:)
I’m thinking about buying medicine balls to improve my bat speed, what exercise can I do to make my hips turn faster so I can get better bat speed and hit the ball with more consistency?
Both of those are extreme. I assume you are speaking of launch angle. It truly depends on how hard you are hitting the ball. A general idea is 15-25 degrees
