I’ve never paid for a copyright license for popular music because it hasn’t been worth it to me. I either pay for the use of non-popular music or I accept the fact that I can’t monetize my videos here on TH-cam.
@@EastCoastDigs Selling it to them can be done, but if they use it on social media, it may or may not be blocked. There’s no way to know. Here in the USA, I’ve seen some socials block songs in certain countries or cut off the music after a certain period of time. That’s why I encourage my video customers to allow me to use music I can get a license for. Of course, they sometimes blow that off and add their own music anyway.
Yes, it surprised me too when I first saw him shooting a game with it. But, he makes it work and it just goes to show that it's not all about the gear.
