I loved the movie but what I loved the most about it is that for the first time EVER my daughter, who is hard-of-hearing, was able to watch a movie in her own language. 🙂💗

That movie was the first and only movie where we sat in a packed theater and every single person was desperately trying to be quiet.
I saw A Quiet Place in a packed cinema & I’m so glad I did. There are just some movies that need to be experienced at the cinema. Every single person in that movie theatre was completely silent, holding their breath throughout most of the movie. We all gasped, jumped, chuckled & got teary at the same times & it was the weirdest thing but as we were all walking out at the end of the movie there was this strange sense of like, ‘we all experienced this together’. I’ve never had that before, I’ve heard other people talk about it & just kinda rolled my eyes on the inside, to be honest! But now I get it!
What's even weirdly better is to be the only one in the theater, I saw it about a week and a half after it came out on a Thursday afternoon, and it was the best way to see the movie. Quiet as hell.
Complete opposite experience, I watched it Late at nite on a Sunday and I was alone in the room. The sound experience was terrific.

This movie was honestly one of the best. It had SO much depth to it. It wasn’t just a scary thrilling movie. And the fact that John and Emily got to work together as husband and wife as characters, you can tell they had emotion and passion behind the film. We need more movies with John K as director. For sure. And Emily was phenomenal!! Round of applause, standing ovation.

When I saw A Quiet Place for the first time, I saw it in a packed theater... everyone was completely silent, almost holding their breaths. When the older daughter went to go visit that "place" (don't want to spoil it) to put the space shuttle, I started to cry and it wasnt like a silent cry.. it was like full on couldn't control it cry. oops.
Where I watched it (India) that were just talking loudly and making fun of the character .... So was not able to enjoy the filim that much.

I don't like scary movies, but on a long flight I took I was scrolling through movies and I saw they had Quiet Place one and two so I gave it a go. It was a great film It had me at the edge of my seat the whole time, I jumped a couple of times and I cried.
