is this louder than just the mid muffler delete?
After seeing the R & D put into this product, the price of $2800 is justifiable.
That being said, it's really hard to spend that much on a cat back exhaust system.
I think Magnaflow should have a "build your own exhaust" feature.
Pick exactly what you want/need, it would be competitively priced that way.
The sound with the mufflers was my favorite. It was deep. And throaty. Not too obnoxious. Love it man. Can’t wait to order my redeye spring if 2021

I'll take the without mufflers sound please. That's a polished system right there. I'll decide on it once they work out the bugs and kinks then drop how much it's going to cost. Louder the better for me. Great video.
When I did my dodge I didn't go for the muffler delete. I had durango for two days and when for the most expensive of getting whole new Corsa exhaust system. It was the best thing I ever did but I never had a break down of the system the way this guy did. Awesome video man.

I've been thinking about replacing the mid mufflers on my T/A 392 Challenger with the Dynomax race bullets but man does that system sound awesome with the mufflers. Nice, rich deep tone that sounds very refined. I don't like the raspyness that it has without the mufflers. This system reminds me of the Motordyne system that I had on my old 2007 350z with the resonators off to the side and nice v-band clamp setup. Great video!

Car sounds great man, I used borla for the hellcat, zoomers for the 392, and then an slp loudmouth for the RT.

I love those tips so much. I like the sound with the mufflers installed. To me it was a much deeper growl. With the mufflers off it was just loud and annoying. Great video.
Ya me too! What I love though is that I can easily remove the mufflers with a socket wrench and swap to straight pipe (w/cats) in a few mins and then swap back. So I may have some fun with this and take them off for car meets and the track when I finally get there. 👍

I like how the tips look I’m definitely going to look into that exhaust. Personally I got all 4 resonators deleted& had them deleted for a year no regrets. Next step is getting rid of the cats :) . I’m confident I won’t have issues with the law aslong as I’m not flooring it in the city.

I have a 2021 rt plus. The exhaust sounds great especially with active open. My question is what would be the best way to make it as quiet as possible without being restricted? I plan to put an electronic cut out as close to the headers as possible so I can adjust from stealthy quiet to nascar loud and everything in between. Are there extremely quiet systems that aren’t too restrictive?
Great vid!! Very informative and motivating when in comes to upgrading to a aftermarket exhaust system. But I have one question: before you upgraded to this new X mod exhaust system, did you notice any issues with the mid muffler delete or ever heard of any?

Very nice... Im guessing when I saw you at the stop light that you had these on with the mufflers cuz I didnt hear a huge roar at idle, lol May have to see if they make a setup for the Durango since I have a longer wheelbase and exhaust im sure the sound will be somewhat different.

Wish they would quickly make a single in dual out the back system for the 2019 + Ram 2500 Power Wagons with the 6.4 392 hemis. Need it to bolt up to the single factory pipe and Y out to duals with the 1/4 wave Resonators/Mufflers
Sounds good. Only thing is it you want to switch the sound back and forth to much trouble. X Force Varex does this with the touch of a button. Magna flow needs a button option.

I’d say it’s about 10-20% louder but definitely a deeper sound too. Without the mufflers it’s downright insanity and when I drove it without the mufflers I got chased by a gang of angry “Karen’s”. Lol
THAT soundzz TUFF. Scale of 1>10 how much louder is it than the stock you got it with, how much did it cost, & can that whole shebang be put on the base '16 Hellcat..?
So I’d say it’s only about 15-20% louder than stock but it’s a much deeper and meaner sound and the best thing about this system is I can remove the mufflers in about 20 mins with a socket wrench put the pipes in place and then put them back on in my garage. Check out magnaflow.com for pricing. 👍👍

@@johnnyburnside2785 so if you go to the track, or maybe to cars and coffee, or just want to be obnoxious a d flex a crazy sounding exhaust, you can do it easily and then go back to the mufflers in minutes.

I have a question, I have a 2020 scat pack Challenger. The owners manual says it needs 91 octane gas but I live in Alaska and here we only have 90 octane. Will this damage my engine ?
It won’t hurt your car. 90 is ok from what I’ve been told. 87 they say is ok but not good for the engine and performance long term. I’m not an expert but you can also throw in that octane booster stuff they sell at the stores. But I’d ask around as my knowledge is limited here. @racerx is super knowledgeable on this stuff. Check out his channel too and run it by him as well. But I wouldnt worry too much about 90.
@wary I would buy some Boostane off Amazon... get the professional, NOT the premium. Every tank just put in 2 ounces and you will be fine. I use it on my Durango SRT and works great. Even though i only need 91 the wideband sensors do detect higher octane and will add some more timing

How would you compare this exhaust to mid muffler delete? I spent 120.00 on my mid muffler delete for my redeye and honestly it sounds amazing imo. Seems like a expensive exhaust (apx 2.5k or more) for something a mid muffer delete can accomplish. Now when i say compare i mean with the loudest option. Thx
So the mid muffler delete sound really good in my opinion. The difference is that the xMod sounds significantly louder and deeper without the mufflers which you can easily remove put back on in your garage with a socket wrench. I’d just say it’s a very different sound. But the mid muffler delete is great fir the price.

@@chillpoint2410 both systems have mufflers. Just different sounding mufflers. You can do a muffler delete on a stock car like you did by cutting them off. With xMod it comes with the mufflers that sound quieter than the muffler delete but you can easily remove the mufflers and go with the similar delete that makes it very loud. Louder than the stock delete. Same concept, different total exhaust design with a different/deeper throatier sound and the xMod comes with a special no drone technology instead of the factory resonators that eliminate drone. And the round carbon quad tips are nice too. So again you can delete the mufflers on both. XMod will be louder than stock delete without the mufflers which are easily removed if you want to be super loud on a weekend and then put them back on during the week.

So I took your advice and ordered that exact same kenwood sub and amp from Amazon after waiting a whole month month and having them change my delivery date twice they just refunded me my money with out me asking for one but now that I saw a preview of your new set up I will wait for your review on it and order that same box unless you decide too gift me the sub and amp
