Found it...after digging and tossing stuff I now have my view finder from guerrilla painter. Thanks for the reminder of what really helps us! I'll bet nothing that I tossed will be missed either. Oops sorry you're probably resting but I had to share my victory. Come on nice weather I feel like a caged person.

Glad you talked to your doctor, what an excellent point. Hope your are okay. There is one little thing that helps me for balance etc. I rock in the ole rocker each day. The motion is much like riding a therapy horse. The best part is that it doesn't get the asthma going either. Hang in there you are strong at heart and I'm praying for you with so many others.

I watched your Vlog yesterday and sorry you had so many problems and frustrations. Hope you are feeling better, especially after your terrible tumble down the stairs. You are in my prayers with all that you are going through. Now... Love the name SHARCS! Especially Sharc Bites for shorter topics. The View Catcher sounds like a very useful tool and went and ordered one while watching your video. Thank you for this. I have now ordered one of these to help my photography compositions and that grey will help me decide on my cool blues or warmer temperatures. Great tool.
Love the idea of being a sharc - and the way 'sharc bites' would then fit in with the shorter videos is superb. I say go for it!
That viewfinder looks like a handy piece of equipment to get the framing and the values spot on. Might have to think about it next month. This month is a lost cause money-wise with the two-legged boss' birthday coming up as well as a trip to the groomers for the four-legged boss (his haircut costs as much as the wife's and mine put together, would you believe?).
Anyway, thanks for an interesting little video and I can claim to be famous now - I got a shout-out on Sharon's TH-cam channel! :-)

Great tip. I was taught to use angled brackets (or whatever they're called) - L-shaped brackets, with black on one side and neutral gray on the other).
I have a view catcher I made many moons ago with black plastic. I think it's a bit different to yours. 2 x Uppercase Fat L shapes. Made from black plastic. Put them together to form a square, and slide in and out based on your focal point. It's great to block out the rest of the image.

never used this. A good way for me that always try to make a mandala drawing on the paper. Like if wanna put all the surrounding scenary in one only drawing.

Aaa, I really thought you want something that associated with your name (First/Last) I know you only because of this TH-cam channel and don't go to see you in other places, aaand, there is nothing Sharky about you...maybe only as a cute shark 🦈...LOL...but that how I see, you might see it different, but you should absolutely use something that YOU like and YOU think fits...it's you show Sharon !!! Sharon is a beautiful name and in my mind it's associated with SHARING, which is what you do, you sharing your knowledge so we all could also be your "Sharings"...now I'm just rambling...LOL...😂😘🤗💞
