My parents thought it was cute and liked how it encouraged me and my siblings to work together as a team when we had a task to do.
I am a Preschool Teacher and I understand what some parents may think about these shows. But in fact, some of these shows are great for any curriculum. I am not familiar with the BooBaas but the other shows can be a good source of learning media that kids may actually enjoy; it might actually get them to learn better also. These shows have to be the way they are because they engage the children and try to get them involved. Hopefully the parents will be able to see that instead of judging the shows, plus they can also talk to their kids about the shows too and interact with them. Make the moments positive.
Meanwhile I'm the guy who grew up with none of these I grew up with anime,Star Wars, and other stuff that 3-14 year olds should not watch(except for the TV-14 shows considering I am 14 now and of course Star Wars and Doctor Who #The Force Awakens

Two things: I'm not religious. I actually hate the notion of 'blind faith'. But Veggie Tales is one of my favorite shows. Go figure. Two, you better do a top ten best kid shows. And don't you dare forget about Arthur, Cyberchase and Fetch.

only brainwashed religious fanatics would even watch that show to begin with (or allow their children to), so if you liked it then you were among the worst of those things (I won't even refer to them a people because people can think for themselves)
Dora: Do you wanna play hide-and-go-seek and win the big trophy?" Me: Well, I'm working the day shift today and I'm usually... Dora: Great! Me: BITCH I HAVEN'T EVEN DECIDED YET!!!
They should make war movie with Dora. First swiper swipes her gun and then she walks up to a machinegun nest. "Do you see the machinegun?.... Whe...." Bang Bang Bang! Dora dies the end. "Adios!"
i think super why, veggie tales, baby songs (hap Palmer aka the old man of children’s music), Daniel tiger’s and mister rogers’ neighborhood and mighty machines are kids’ shows/VHS series that are similar to one another and have the exact same stuff in common as if they’re sets of twins or um something.
My young childhood: Spongebob (still is) oobi, go Diego go, Barney, go gabba gabba, Wonder pets, The Upside Down Show, and you can't forget, lazy town boi!
+StreetPassPrinceton I like the concept of the show, although I've never seen it. It's different. You've got these mindless, idiotic, colorful kid's shows everywhere. Might as well throw in something a little more high up on the scale.
Kitty Plays Terrible? It's pretty good even today in some episodes and nostalgic. If you're not Christian, don't judge the show because of your opposing belief.
THE Teletubbies antenna symbols were actually J.K. Rowling's inspiration to make the Harry Potter movies. Po's symbol was the resurrection stone, Laalaa had the symbol that looks like Harry's 🌩 scar, Dipsy HAS the antenna resembling THE Elder Wand AND Stinky Tinky Winky has that inverted 🔺 that looks like the invisibility cloak!
+Chelnah the Egghead Arthur was one I still watch when I'm watching a kid. My old nanny has VCR tapes of the show recorded still! (She watches kids ALOT) I honestly think she has most if not all the episodes!

The wiggles weren't even that bad! But omg oobi was sooooooooooo low budget and awful. I am surprised boobahs wasn't number 1. the only reason why kids watched was cuz of the colors and sensory noises. It was just odd
have you seen the newer ones with the "newer" animation? It's horrid, everything is translucent and they are jerky (the animation) The show itself is still really good though.

I hate Caillou with a passion the fact that they don't even anime fully gets on my nerves more than anything else and that says a lot because everything else gets on my nerves about Caillou!
+Neon. A friend I had a few years back knew the person the character of Caillou was based on when he lived in Montréal. He once got in a fight with him and apparently kicked his ass pretty good. As someone who hates Caillou I thought this fact would be rather satisfying.
I went to a Wiggles Show at a local community centre, and I have NEVER laughed so hard in my whole life. Captain Feathersword constantly cracked extremely rude jokes that the kids didn't have a clue about, but all the parents up the back did. And his impersonations were brilliant. The other guys were good too. Best kids show ever. Maybe they toned it down once they reached the bigger stadiums.
My two older brothers went to a Wiggles concert when they were younger. My oldest brother is autistic and has a developmental disability. When he and my mom (mostly him) met Murray and told him about basically everything The Wiggles taught him, Murray started crying. Like, actual crying. The only reason I know about it is because my mom’s told the story numerous times. Edit: I think I mixed up developmental disabilities with intellectual disabilities. I’m pretty sure he has both, but more so the latter.
@@jacobwiggle3681 I wasn’t there for it. I know about cause my mom’s told the story numerous times. I’m not even sure who comforted him. He told my brother that he’d be right back and when he did, his eyes were red from crying.
I loved Veggietales and still do to this day. My parents liked it too as well as other parents I knew who let their kids watch it. It certainly doesn't deserve to be on this list. At least it has likable and unique characters with their own personalities. It's something that not only let my kids watch but I will watch it with them. lol
Zeevee 96 People think Wonder Pets have weird animation that came from Photoshop. In reality, Wonder Pet's animation are paper cut animation like South Park but better.
Some of these I don't find annoying, like VeggieTales and The Wiggles for example. Also, Caillou should've been #1 on the list 'cause he's literally the most annoying character on the whole planet.
How is Peppa Pig not on this? It's a newer show and I never saw it as a child, but it seems to have a reputation for being horribly annoying and reinforcing negative characteristics.
I work with kids, I can always spot out the Caillou kids. From observations this has to be the worst show for children, please stay away from this show parents.
+RG408 I agree. That show actually is impressionable for children. I've seen someone's child watch and enjoy Caillou and think that Caillou's attitude is the way you should act. You'd think they'd pick up the lesson in the episode but the acting and what's actually happening is so bland the only thing that stands out is Caillou's character and extremely annoying high pitched voice. A few of my friend's kids pick up on that.
Tell me about it! I had to sit there, and I would just be so annoyed whenever that little cockroach came on when I was a kid. But I'll tell you who was really immersed in it: My mom. She didn't stop singing that song. Sometimes I feel like she just sung me to bed with that song just to piss me off.
Narrator: "Number 8… VeggieTales" Me: "NOOOOO!!!" I LOVED THAT SHOW AS A KID AND I STILL LOVE IT TO THIS DAY!!! Edit: They used a few clips from one of my favorite episodes, Larry-Boy! And The Fib From Outer Space! So, that made me happy, but I'm still super mad that VeggieTales was even on the list at all!
“LarryBoy and the Fib from Outer Space” actually scared my older brother. That might’ve been the case when he was younger, but I don’t know if he got over the fear, which isn’t a bad thing. There are some things that people don’t get over.
I watched Veggietales as a kid, and I was raised Lutheran. I am no longer of a religious faith, but I still think Veggietales has cute and charming characters, with catchy songs, and decent moral lessons to be learned.
Yeah I agree. VeggieTales was a good show, a bit odd at times but it was good. I don't think VeggieTales deserved to be on this list. VeggieTales was the VIllager News before Villager News existed. I guess you could argue that VeggieTales was the first object show ever made, but that comes off on a technicality.

When I was 3, I was watching Little bear, Caillou, Jack's big music show, Teletubbies/Boohbah, Little Einsteins, and a lot more! Those were actually made that kids can relate to. I loved those shows as a kid and I still do, I’ll always watch them so I’ll never forget my amazing childhood I had with them! ❤️
My favorites:
Mickey Mouse Clubhouse
Teletubbies
Sofia the First
Shimmer and Shine
I hate Caillou he's a brat
Only in Seasons (1-3) but in further Seasons he’s not now.
I love those shows too.
Hey Wonder Pets was nostalgic. I used to love that show. And it is still not bad.

Wonder Pets is still my favorite show.
I agree.
Better superhero cartoon than TTG

Excuse you! Veggietales was great for both parents AND kids! Most of the jokes are aimed at adults!
Exactly
Preach it, Sam Shiffer! Preach it to the congregation!
Yes I freaking love Veggie Tales
Blasphemy!
I agree my mom and dad grew up with veggietales
I remember seeing a bit of DoodleBops, Calliou, the Wiggles, and Little Einsteins as a kid, but Veggietales was by far the best for me.
What me and my parents think about the shows on this list:
10-Never watched it or was interested (my parents thought they looked creepy)
9-Wasn't allowed to watch for some weird reason (maybe because it was too crazy)
8-That was my childhood and is the only christian kids show I like at all (Many are so bad)
7-I loved them when I was little (my parents actually thought it was silly in a imaginative way)
6-It was not around during the age where I would have been into it (I don't have an opinion here)
5-It got me to design my own hand puppets (my parents liked the creativity it got me into)
4-This one was the worst of them all (my parents hated it, surprised they let me watch it)
3-This one was watched for a past time (my parents thought it was odd, but educational)
2-This one was too much for me parents to let us watch (again, it was way too weird for them)
1-I only watched it when I was bored and never liked it a lot (my parents felt neutral about it)
One last thing- The Wonder Pets was adorable! My parents thought it was cute and liked how it encouraged me and my siblings to work together as a team when we had a task to do.
Good thing you didn't watch Boobah, it ruined my speech when I was little.
Who else found it predicable that Barney was going to be number 1?
I did. I can't count exactly how many people hate Barney, but it's obviously really high if Barney made it to #1.
um your a dinosaur yoshi that's loveable kill him!!!!!
puccaperson My parents Loed Barney. THAT WAS ALL ME AND MY SIS WATCHED WHEN WE WERE YOUNGER
I guess that’s why Barney errors exist.
puccaperson I like your picture of Yoshi
The wiggles were my childhood man.
+Bloodyravenheart13 i hated the wiggles so much when i was little i scrreamed in anger when it came on
+Bloodyravenheart13 when it was on i was screaming internaly
+Bloodyravenheart13 yes I agree completely I loved the wiggles childhood memories
mine too!
mine too.
This is a prime example of a top comment
I grew up with most of these shows.
thanks for making me feel old at age 16, watchmojo.
I grew up with most of them. I'm 11.
Same! It's crazy, like I shouldn't have to feel old because of the shows I watch😂😂👌🏻 it's sad.
I grew up with these and I'm 13😳
Meanwhile I'm the guy who grew up with none of these I grew up with anime,Star Wars, and other stuff that 3-14 year olds should not watch(except for the TV-14 shows considering I am 14 now and of course Star Wars and Doctor Who #The Force Awakens

*Sees wonderpets on the honourable mentions* excuse me! That was a great show.

Why would you add VeggieTales to the list? I think it's one of the funniest shows in my opinion.
Is that because you think the character's remind you of Ned Flanders and his boy's?

Caillou: *teaches kids on how to be a absolute bag of turds to everyone*

Two things:
I'm not religious. I actually hate the notion of 'blind faith'. But Veggie Tales is one of my favorite shows. Go figure.

I used to love Caillou as a child. Now that I'm older, I can't believe I did. That child is unbearable.
+Neon. A friend I had a few years back knew the person the character of Caillou was based on when he lived in Montréal. He once got in a fight with him and apparently kicked his ass pretty good. As someone who hates Caillou I thought this fact would be rather satisfying.
In all fairness, he represents a typical 4-year old pretty well.

+RG408 That's hilarious that you can legit spot that
+RG408 I agree.
+Ciaran Hufsky It makes them act like Caillou, a spoiled little brat.
