    I did that years ago with just my feet and I got sick (bad cold). No thanks!

      I wondered about that. It seems so extreme.
      I too am not one to go out in the cold w/o a jacket.

      Your body was flushing toxins, moving the lymph in your body and a bad cold was the natural result of that. A cold now is better than something worse later. Cheers!

      You don’t get a cold from being cold. A cold requires a virus to enter your mouth or sinus cavity. I’m the absence of a virus you will not get a cold in cold temperatures.
      At the very worst you will increase your circulation which will move lymph fluid which may make you feel nauseous.

      I do cold baths now contrast therapy but I dont do it on my face if it gets on my nose I put hot water on it

    I would at least get the opinion of a qualified physician because that temperature can cause hypothermia and even death. Not everyone knows if they have a heart condition

      You have to do increase exposure length over time and start with cold showers in the summer time is best time to start.
