Tapos yung pag present nila medyo slow-paced which is good kasi as a viewer syempre ninanamnam mo yung bawat area at the same time, gumagawa ka ng mental notes sa ulo mo na "ah dito yung sala, tapos dito yung kusina etc." Maganda yung flow ng house tour.. Hindi nakakalito etc. Maraming nag ppraise kay Julia on how she present the house tour PERO I would like to also give the spotlight to the whole Presello Team. I saw this recently on different yt channel. Now you see the difference of Presello and Julia from other house tour channels? Every episode like this is well thought of. Vid editing skills is superb and the host knows the materials used, like type of woods, the glass, etc. Alam mong matalino si Julia and she don't need script. If meron man, hindi halata kasi her knowledge on every part of the house comes out naturally. Gustong gusto ko comm skills nya. Hindi pilit. Yun ibang host, makaenglish lang mali naman sinasabe and grammatically incorrect. I love Presello! More house tours on province pls! 🤘🏼😎

Na featured na ito sa AV Properties by Apple Grace. But you can tell the difference. The other host was really amazed with the house while Julia just being casual and calm. That because Julia knows better kung ano talaga yung nakaka amazed or yung typical at common nalang sa mata. But both host execute and did well sa house tour.
