W😳W!! Thank you and Michael again, I love this so much I added both this and the original piano version to one of my EZ LISTENING playlists where they'll eventually become the frame for a separate playlist, beginning with Daniel Hope and ending with Ludovico Einaudi himself. Two of my other EZ LISTENING playlists are like that and I'll make one of my old ones and the new one that way.
I think the "backwards" parts of this video are a visual depiction of how time works, as the time we call "now" slowly fades away "behind" us and becomes "the past," never to be returned to, as we move inexorably "forward" into "the future."

I Giorni (The Days) by Ludovico Einaudi is a wonderful contemporary composition. The original, played by him personally on the piano, makes you forget time and space if you get into it.
Daniel Hope's interpretation is in no way inferior, in my opinion. He is also one of our great contemporary violinists who also works in the crossover area.
MVs generally do not work in the classical area, but there are exceptions, as you can see here.
