Yet, in the same way, the show has done for viewers, the show has shed new light on the stories Xanthis grew up hearing as a kid.

I avoided it for a long time because I didn't find the little taster clips very appealing at all. I started watching it just recently through and am a lot more impressed than I was expecting. I love the way they've tackled Nicodemus for example.

I want to add to this that there are so many non Christians who left the church for many good reason. We love Jesus and we love The Chosen. We love the human Jesus and all the brothers who fight and love one another.
I have binged all 3 seasons I can quote the lines. The parables are alive in my life. I feel Jesus is too.

George, I’m not sure if you will ever see this comment, but as a Greek Orthodox I didn’t like going to church for many reasons but that didn’t stop believing that Jesus is our LORD AND SAVER.
I just didn’t agree with the priest that represented our faith, like so many other I’m sure stopped going to church.
GOD, is with us no matter where we worship, he is within us all
Go back to Church! God is with us you are correct but He didn’t establish the Church for us to abandon it. The church is our home, our hospital for our souls. Please don’t dismiss church just because you can pray and worship anywhere.
Find a different home church! ❤
