George is perfectly cast as John. Can’t wait to see S4 and continue to watch the show explode across the globe.
Except the Bible says the Earth does not move. On the second day of Creation God created one thing- the firmament. On day 4 He created the sun, moon and stars and placed them within the firmament. Joshua bid the sun and moon to be still not the Earth. Watch the sun and the moon- how they light up the clouds near them and not as much the ones a short distance away. Look how the rays of the sun point to its location. Watch until you see the clouds behind the sun or the moon.
Believe God, not man.
He is perfectly cast...and John is my favorite book of thr Bible too.
Love you George as an actor a person and your portrayal of John is the best ever !

What Satan meant for evil, (the pandemic), God brought good out of it! The pandemic literally gave us something to watch when we we were all home bored. I kept seeing my friends say they liked it on FB. Eventually, I decidedly to watch it, my hopes not high at all, but what else is there to do? lol I was blown away from the start! I’ve paid it forward tons and bought tons of merchandise!! So excited for the next season!

I’ve seen soo many comments of ones giving their lives back to God. I was about seven years old when I first really heard voice of the Holy Spirit. I was brought up Baptist. In the Baptist church that I grew up in, and altar call calling for salvation was every single Sunday. The song that was sung when the altar call commenced was, “Just as I am“. I was just a bored kid sitting in church. When I heard that song I knew everything was almost over with and I can get out of there and run around and get something to eat. That’s all I cared about.
So this Sunday I’m fidgeting around in the church pew and that song starts and I’m like, “yay almost done!“ And all of a sudden God spoke to me. It wasn’t a voice I didn’t hear a sound I just heard it in my soul. But I heard was, “Do you want to come too?” I sat up stalk straight in the pew and turned to my mother and said can I go too?! My mother looks so surprised but she just said, “Well yes.”
It doesn’t make any difference what denomination you’re in when the Lord calls you better say yes. I didn’t know what I was doing. I didn’t know what “conviction of sin“ was about I didn’t care, I just heard him call me and I came. Jesus put his mark on me that day. I’ve been quite a project over the years for him but he remains faithful.
Beautiful! Man is a Spirit created after the image and likeness of God, the difference being we were given physical bodies for our spirit to dwell in which gives us authority to move about the physical planet God created.
When God speaks to us, he speaks to our spirit which is why it sounds like we hear him audibly; but yes, it is awesome when He does.
George is a Great John!!
Love George, he truly is the absolute person to portray St. John. So much to look forward to in season 4, and of course the very sad path ahead.

You are part of a show that has changed my life. All the characters are real people for me now. They have personalities. When I read The Bible now, it's like they are family members I'm reading about. I feel close to them. I see myself in every character. Jesus speaks to me in this show. The Holy Spirit reveals to me more and more. I want more because of this show. I want more Jesus. I want to know His ways. Thank you George and Thank You to the creator of this interview. They are wonderful in the show, behind the cameras and all who are involved. We will all be there for the cast and crew as they go through what Jesus has to do as He suffers for our sins. 😢 But as we know, He is resurrected ✨️

A son of thunder from down under. I certainly hope that the show continues with the journey's of the Apostles. I couldn't agree more with your statement saying that it's hard to realize that they beat and Crucified this man who spread love and equality. Your efforts are NOT in vain. I am visually seeing all the things I am feeling. At 65yrs old now my only regret is I didn't see it all as a youth. I am that bird of the field that doesn't sow or reap yet The Father feeds me. I am technically a cripple and survive on my SSD but with half the income of when I was working I somehow survive. Mostly because I did seek the Kingdom of Heaven and all these things were added to me. We never did find out if your Eema was impressed with your title 🙂. We are told in scripture to NOT forgo meeting together....most especially as we see the "Day" approaching. Christian fellowship is extremely important once you are saved. It is in the fellowship of other born again believers where we find encouragement, learn together, do life together in fellowship with one another and in our Lord and Savior Jesus. Coming together to pray corporately is also a very important part of faith. Wherever two or more are gathered, there will I be". You can't live in seclusion as a Christian....nor would anyone who IS a true believing Christian...want to. The more I hear George talk about what he's learning through his character....the more I realize he doesn't know about the Christian faith. He seems like such a nice, sweet, lovely person ! I hope he really experiences Jesus some time during this whole production. And....the "light" doesn't show up for James and John or any of the others...until the Holy Spirit comes at Pentecost ! The birth of the Christian church !
I hooe he gets to the real purpose of Jesus, to bring salvation from sin, only through him.
Ohmigosh I had a flat white when visiting my daughter who lives in New Zealand. Then I had another. Then I decided to start my day with flat whites. Even when Americans try to make them it’s not the same. John is my favorite Apostle irl (though Peter is the one I relate to the most). The Gospel of John is my favorite Gospel and l loved s2e1 when George plays John writing this Gospel. It’s funny but not surprising that when the show offered the chosen for free, then God fulfilled the need. Seems it’s often, if not always, that way. I love it

I hope and pray that everyone that watches The Chosen gets the message that Jesus is the “I AM.”
The message is about "Salvation".....that we are all wretched and broken and Jesus came to clean us up. Everyone is invited to be cleaned, that is where the "inclusion" and "acceptance" comes in.....however......once cleaned we are told to ..."Go and sin no more". Jesus' very own words when He forgave the harlot and the paralytic....and everyone, no matter what your sin issue is you are free to come....but once you receive the new heart that comes with faith by the Holy Spirit....guess what ! You no longer want to live that life of sin you lived before ! It's a struggle, no doubt, but if the healing is real and you are truly His.....HE gives you the strength and the will and He uses life lessons to teach us. It's a wonderful, exciting, incredible life....full of ups AND downs....but I highly recommend the journey because on the other side is Glory ! God promises...and He ALWAYS keeps His promises !
