Beautiful design. Thank you for testing color shirts for us.
💯👏💙💚💛👏💯
I use 3 fingers down and follow the tag for the center. I very seldomly press my shirt to find the middle. Did that when I first started. Now I'm a lot better at it.
Thanks for the video
Hi, may I know what is the temperature and how many seconds to press? Thanks
Thanks for the information forreal i was wondering how colored shirts would work and at what temp
I be jamming on that intro🤣🤣🤷🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ love this channel
🙏🏾🎼🎵😁 much appreciated.
Could you do a video on the pros and cons of each type of garment decoration? Including which type gets more business vs another and/or which is more profitable? Is vinyl the least profitable?
I can. But I can tell you now there is no one particular one that is the most profitable. There are to many factors. If people like embroidery where I am for a particular reason but they like sublimation where you are how can I say embroidery is more profitable. It depends on your market. I’ll make a video on that.
@@adubbproductions agreement it definitely depends on your business.
65 seconds with what heat setting? Shirt looks good!
Now the song is stuck in my head 🤣🤣🤣 whistling 😗😗😗🎶🎶🎶 😂😂 YEAH WE'LL RISE UP 😗🎶😗🎶😀😀
😂 Sorry.
Hi, may I ask what kind of paper are you using for this project?
Love it love bro amazing work keep it going. PS can I see a 100% color polyester bleach image area attempt to sublimate an image on it
Not sure what you are asking. Dm me no ig.
Polyester won’t bleach out
Can you tell me what kind of paper I can use in the sg1000 to print on black t-shirts
Looks good.... what temp was your heat press?
400 degrees.
a dubb I know you said you used Wala paper is it a certain kind from them since it's not vinyl
Thank you for the demo can’t wait to try color shirts 😇
Light colored 100% polyester shirts
Okay thank you. I thank I’ll try some yellow and light blue material.
That sounds perfect. That would definitely work.
hi love your youtube channel but what is the name of the transfere paper you are using and where can i get it, thank you
Nice. Where did you buy your 100% polyester tshirts? Have you use a white toner printer? Colorado is in the building.
Just found your videos love them and love the comedy no pun intended but you keep up the good work
Love the retro!! 🔥
Thank you. 🙏🏾
Are you able to sublimate on black ?
HI ..question is that handle a separate attachment on top of heat press 🤔
What up A-Dubb? Is that a 100% polyester shirt that you used? I'm trying to figure out if I should try to fing 100% or can I do 50/50.
I can see the parts where the paper didn't have the design on the shirt, is that due the heat? Will go away as it gets cold or is better to use the print and cut to have smooth lines?
If you don't mind me asking, Which Sawgrass SG1000 do you have? The Sister EasySubli Printer Kit or the Sublijet Printer Kit?
Can you print with this on actual cotton and dark colored shirts
Shirt looks 👍.. does this work on all colored shirts 👕... (black) .. im getting ready to make my Sawgrass purchase .. thanx for sharing 🙏
NO. Just light colored 60% or higher polyester shirts.
🙏... appreciate your time.. im just trying to get started on my journey of printing and pressing..
I have a Sawgrass SG1000 to, I put cheap ink into it and it prints lines into the print. Do you know how to fix it? Or do I need to buy the original ink? because as you know it's really expensive. Thank you, I love your videos.
If you look at the price of the ink it appears to be expensive but if you are selling merch it’s actually cheap. Putting that cheap ink in also voids your warrantee. You gotta get that out and put in the original ink.
will the outline from the paper go away after you wash it? I am thinking about getting a machine.. this was a great video. I'll be watching your others as well.
You can also tear the edges of the transfer to create a softer edge that will not show up like that. But yes washing will reduce the line.
Hey where do you order your blank shirts from?
A-Dubb great video as always. We have a measuring ruler like the one you used but not from amazon and it woks extremely well. Love the vintage look. Lastly, its a VERY GOOD idea to use butcher paper inside of the shirt as well as on top of shirt for the design....PEACE!!
🙏🏾. People always ask if it’s necessary. I had to find out the hard way. It is necessary.
Hey! If it's 4 fingers down in the front for the image layout, then how many fingers down should the sublimation be from the back collar? Thanks so much for your help on this!!!
I use three fingers for the front and the back and I've never had an issue with it being too high or too low
Looks good!!
Hey I did not catch the temperature you used.
I like your shirt. looks great. Great Job.
Thank you.
This is a great video!
Is there a way to adjust the ink so it's brighter?
In the software you have to adjust the color settings. Keep in mind that when you press the image it appears significantly brighter than the printed image looks.
That looks slick man! Gotta give it a try
Thanks. I still wear this shirt. It’s one of my favorites.
Hi, I wanted to know for how many degrees and time you sublimate the shirts and what kind of paper you use for light color and dark colors shirts? If you don’t mind me asking.
I used Wala sublimation paper from heat transfer warehouse. I normally press at 400 degrees for 65 seconds
@@adubbproductions thank you for responding.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
@@adubbproductions what pressure please?
hi grt video love them. question is wht paper did you use?
Heat transfer warehouse sublimation paper. Wala paper. Here is a link, just type in wala paper. Heat transfer Warehouse
heattransfer.ositracker.com/159730/11767/url_15370
Where do you buy the heat press from please?
It looks good. I tried blue on orange shirt but turned out black
It’s interesting how the colors react when the mix. Sometimes you get good results sometimes not but it’s always a interesting look and most cases a shirt that is wear.
What SUB paper did you use?
It is a must to have magnets or a magnetic pin cushion in your craft room, it may have helped find that little screw🤪
Yes indeed. I definatly need that to run it across the floor or across some machines or where ever it might be hiding.
I love this guy! The plastic meted and it’s junk but click on the link from Amazon down below 🤣
What paper did you use
Great demonstration
Thank you.
Looks great
I LOVE YOUR WORK
i can see an off color outline, around 12:53 which looks like the way you cut it out. shouldve cut it to the outline of the wording. just my $.02
Can you print from the sublimation printer and keep the paper for days and then sublimate? let say i print 10 designs but only sublimate 5 can i keep 5 for days later?
Did you get this question answered?
Yes you can. You can print on the paper and archive your prints for later.
We want to same result you got but we can’t get it without knowing what paper you used
I get all my sublimation products from heat transfer warehouse. I put the link to their website in the description of the video. It’s their sublimation paper that comes with their printers it’s called text print.
Hey you had me go and buy this sawgrass, however the ink is so high, do you have any suggestions using any other ink but cheaper 😩
I’m sorry you consider the ink to be expensive but let’s start over. I did not have you go buy the sawgrass machine. You went and purchased the machine on your own free will. Me telling you what the machine does for me might have influenced you but I did not make you purchase the machine.
Now let me try to help.
Sawgrass ink from heat transfer warehouse is inexpensive considering what each batch of ink yields in prints. If you are selling merchandise you can buy a $60 ink cartridge with the sale of 3 $20 shirts. Each ink cartridge is capable of printing well over 100 color prints. That’s a lot of profits to buy extra ink and still have money left over to reinvest in your business. If you are not selling merchandise it is an expense. If you are not sitting money aside for new ink it could appear to be an expense when in reality it still is not expensive, you might have just spent the money on other things. You have to sit aside some profits as you make money for business expenses such as ink. Also if you are making money expenses such as ink are tax write offs. Every business needs tax write offs. If you don’t spend this money you are just going to end up paying it to the government in taxes owed. It’a not expensive. Either you are not selling or you are spending all the money you are making. that’s the issue. Take some accountability for your business or you will never get to where you want to be.
Also with cheaper inks you get what you pay for. Less prints which means you have to buy more of that cheaper ink more often. In the end you end up spending the same amount of money. You also void your warrantee by putting in ink not approved by sawgrass. No cutting corners. If you sell its cheap. If you don’t sell………. Here we are.
@@adubbproductions I didn’t mean it like that, if you felt like I was Harshed I apologize, this information really helped, thanks for the information 💪🏾❤️
@@IwntsomeTea2 I totally understand. I just wanted to make it clear. Just incase. Some people might try to make me liable for their businesses not doing what they thought it would do. I just wanted to clear that up. I also apologize if my approach was to stern but I hope you understand where I’m coming from. That’s just how business works. If you don’t produce your business because a burden to run. You gotta put yourself and your product out there so people can purchase from you. Even offer your services to local businesses or even friends. Everyone likes custom sublimation tumblers. Name tags, sublimation bags, coasters, shirts, socks. If you sell that ink will be nothing. Sit some cash aside for paper and ink and maybe even your next big item for your business. If you’ve been watching for a while you can see all I’ve looted back into my business. All the new machines. People think I got all of it for free but all my big machines I payed for with money made by the business. You just gotta be creative and find your customers. They are out there.
@@adubbproductions thank you I really appreciate this 💪🏾
What type of paper are you using
Love it....thanks for the Demo...you are the best ❤
Now if you get this one you have a running start.
I have the SG100 and I'm trying to use it to do the 3D all over t shirts. Have you ever done this or do you know how to do it? If anyone knows of a instructional video please provide the link if possible. Any help is greatly appreciated
liked your video, but notice you didn't lint roll your shirt.
Thanks for watching. Didn’t link roll it because it didn’t have any lint on it. It’s good practice to lint roll but I don’t do it unless it’s necessary.
Thank you for the demo!!
And thank you for watching watching.
What paper did you use Brand and number
I am trying to use Easy Subli with my new Sawgrass and it wont work. The Cameo wont register the marks or it wont cut it right..This is stressful.
I don’t think you need. The cameo unless you are trying to contour cut your element out. I really don’t think it’s necessary. You can sub with everything on.
@@adubbproductions Well for dark colors and cotton is what I mean. When I bought the Sawgrass 1000 a few weeks ago, I was told to get Easy Subli ink and paper to press on dark. But now I am having issues with the Cameo cutting...😓
Trace a template for placement out of butcher paper
What ink should I use for bleached shirts for sawgrass shirts 500
I’ve never used that method to produce shirts. If the shirt is 100 percent cotton It wont work because you need polyester shirts for sublimation ink. I do know they have different inks for cotton but I’ve never used them.
I have one but I never but it under my press while it's on
oh ok. Thank you for sharing.
Hi Which Vexel plan do I need to purchase in order to just buy designs?
With each plan you have access to the entire library and are able to download the designated amount of files per plan. Choose the plan that matches the amount of designs you want to download each month. www.vexels.com/?ref=allanwade
I purchased SG 1000 and I really wanted it use it to press in black shirts but it does not work the images you can’t see them
You can not sublimate onto black as you know by now. Sublimation works best with light colors on 100% polyester.
Just to be clear it works 100% and looks 100% way nicer if the design is in black and white
You mean if the design is all black, not black and white if we are being clear yes. Thats obvious though, black is the most dominant color and will show on any color if sublimated in said color. Even a darker black will show on a lighter black.
In the video however i am talking about a full color image not an all black image.
Can I use 100% white cotton shirts will the print come
No. It will come out faded and will wash away. Has to be 60% polyester or higher.
How long did the print last on the shirt
It still looks exactly the same to this day. The shirt will die before the print comes off. Sublimation is pretty permanent. Even if you heat it back up under a press it would ghost but the ink would still be in the shirt. It’s not going anywhere..
Wowwwww thats sweet Thanks for the video like always
No problem thanks for watching LucyLu.
What heat press do you use
What font is that ?
Can you use this printer to sub onto 100 percent cotton?
With the easy subli cotton bundle I believe you can. I’ve never tired it though. That is not the bundle that I have.

Love it🤩
Thank you.
What size paper are you using?
13x19 inch paper
It’s an alright look, but the colors will never be right using darker shirts. But it’s a great demonstration video. You should start making videos using 100% cotton shirts for your subscribers
Thanks for watching. The different look is what I wanted to demonstrate so they know is is possible but the colors will shift just like I said in the video.
I would but you can not successfully sublimate onto 100% untreated cotton shirts using standard sublimation ink. It comes out totally faded and washes out in the first wash.
@@adubbproductions yeah I know, it’s so many different routes to take using the cotton materials. But I’m glad that you focus on sublimation. Great content!!
Thank you. Sublimation it one of my favorites.
Nice
Thank you.
Do you use chroma-blast?
I use subli jet ink.
Sir print Manager is not working plz help me
Uninstall and reinstall worked for me. If not please contact sawgrass tech support.
An never get the by pass tay to work for large prints
It worked fine but now it’s giving me a few issues. I’m working with sawgrass to solve the issue.
I bought those crappy rulers and the just sit there gathering dust.
💜🧡💙
🙏🏾 appreciate it
Next time get the Acrylic T-shirt guide works better
My four fingers down work the absolute best. Lol
can you give a quick list of color shirts this printer wont be good for? because for some reason i keep thinking its only for white shirts..weird i know
If you want the colors to be exact Sublimation is for white polyester shirts only. If you do any other light colored 100% polyester shirts the colors will shift slightly based off the shirt color. Dark colors your image won’t show well at all.
@@adubbproductions can i use the sublimation ink and the siser for this same printer or do i need get another ?
nope the four fingers work the best, shortcuts are not always the best way.
Yes. That rule thing was horrible. It’s actually easier to use your hand rather than grab a device so it’s not even a shortcut. Lol
Could you not just thread your shirt onto the lower platen? Then no worries about transfer. You would need to give your platen a wipe now and then though. I have a teflon cover for my lower platen to which nothing will stick
The image would ghost to the bottom platen then the next thing i press might get that same image ghosted in that garment. Sublimation gasses carry that image right threw to just about any garment.
@@adubbproductions Wow thats hectic. Seems to be a real drawback to time efficiency with the method.
What’s more time efficient than printing out an image and putting two pieces of paper down to protect the shirt and your press then pressing it onto the shirt?
@@adubbproductions Sure, every method has its time sink. Screen printing is the best for lower complexity designs, but then it is pretty pointless for short runs due to the setup time and hassle, especially with multiple colours. The dream some day is a plastisol printer that works just like an inkjet one :)
I love screen printing. The barrier to entry is higher than sublimation though and so is the learning curve of just burning a screen. You’re right. Every method does in fact have its drawbacks.
Hey hit me up when you get a chance.
how do you got your colors to pop i am new to this i got the sawgrass sg500
help
Just follow all the steps I did. Use the settings I use and you should have the same exact results. Is your ink and paper the same as what i am using? From heat transfer warehouse?
