@@re-upgangllc there is literally no way it makes the footage cleaner. It changes the motion, sure. But motion and shutter angle on 24FPS film is a creative choice. Either you aren’t seeing ‘more frames’ at all, or it’s interpolated between them to add a motion effect, like awful TVs have these days (which you can switch right off).
