If you use Venti and shoot a charged arrow into the air, his Anemo-arrow will swirl with the rain and turn light-blue.
If it's raining and u use amber her arrows will disappear
same w sucrose !
If u use travelers hold elemental skill and it infuses with hydro
While doing the vagabond sword event I noticed the ice feild that maguu kenki can summon will freeze childes charged shots and shatter them in the air

Well, every character in dragonspine when breathes, we can see it but if you play as Albedo, there is no breathing, this makes sense since he is a homunculi and not a real human :D

albedo does breathe, actually! you can see his chest going up and down. however, he does not generate natural body heat due to being a homunculus and not human, which is why he doesn't exhale air warmer than that of the environment, and why you can't see his breath in dragonspine

It’s shown in canon that some people are illiterate too! First person that comes to mind is Razor, second is the guy buying medicine in Bubu Pharmacy who needed our help to read his (messily written) prescription. Idk if there are any other npcs or characters that are also illiterate

There's a lot of small details on this game much more than that and it's on incredible amount.. Even though 70-80% of players didn't pay attention to that but they still put it on there.. including lore-filled aesthetics like the Field Tiller (the first RuinGuard) on the top of Stormterror Lair which we've been seeing that from the beginning of the game; the Hydro-Sealed door in Mondstadt which is locked until they added Mona's storyquest; peculiar whitesands and sealed underground Ruins in Sal Terrae which turned out Salt-filled area... Character's outfits and accessories had also lore with their personality in it, and a lot more... Playing this game is like Reading a book with a lot of difficult riddles to understand until you dig deeper on it, not just a fancy words but with meaning behind it... It doesn't exist just for show, but they had reason and history in each and everyone of them... Now I'm really looking forward much more to Inuzuma... Like a new book to read...
Edit: oww if you didn't know, you could check the Chinese/Japanese channel of Genshin, they upload behind the scenes and development process of every region in Genshin, including JP VA interviews... (I dunnu why but they didn't upload those on English Genshin Channel..)
i believe there some behind the scenes for the music part in the EN genshin,
but my guess its didnt do well compared to others music videos / trailers and such
by youtube notifications bot (or something) it understood “people lost interest in this channel” and push less as recomended, so mihoyo is not included to translate because of that
TL DR youtube “ bot reasons” might be this problem as well

a small detail i didnt realize until much later into the game that i found kinda funny when i went to replay it, was the fact that in the opening cutscene 2 meteors come down shining gold since both twins are 5 stars lol

Another small detail: If you look at the bottom of Dainsleif’s cape, there is a a small message inscribed. It says, “Gnik is the best.” I wonder what this could mean…
In all seriousness, the real detail I wanted to share was that when the Unusual Hilichurl is throwing stuff out of its suitcase, one of the things it throws is a HOMU plushie from Honkai Impact.

Yeah I played honkai for a little bit before Genshin, and when I first saw the hilichurl throw the plushie I just thought "OH WOW Mihoyo that's neat"

I've noticed another detail: when Xinyan is sitting on a bench, her coat "braids" are lying flat on it. In other games, they would just clip through :)
Same goes for Diona , her tail sits on the bench and doesn't go through the bench

graze lilies open and closes depending on time of the day

04:26 I realized this when I was in this big cave in Dragonspine and Bennett suddenly yelled his BENNETTS ADVENTURE TEAM ASSEMBLEE and it echoed through the whole cave for what felt like ages, I cringed so hard

Some character also make sound when moving too like Xinyan's drum, Xiangling 's bell, Lisa's rose lantern,.... Barbara do make wind chime sound too but it too small to noticed
xiao's trinkets do this clicking sound. like, hitting each other, when he runs. it's not there when he walks, but it's a fun sound lol

I don't know if anyone will see this but if you look straight up at night you'll see the stars are arranged in a pattern
(is this why scaramouche said the stars were fake??)

Another fact : if you compare the basic sword skills of the twins it shows how they cover each other's blind spots or weak spots if they were to fight together against someone.
When you dash on sand/snow it doesn't leave footprints, just when the dash animation ends and the character starts sprinting, dunno if that just happens to me but yeah...
The ammout of details still otherworldly, really

Most 5-Star characters have additional gemstones and things that glow with their vision on their outfits when their burst is ready!
Ex: Venti's trinket on the back of his cape, the red gemstone on the collar of Diluc's suit, the yellow gemstone on the front of Zhongli's suit.
Meanwhile Fischl has 4 gemstones that glow along with her vision
The symbol on the front of the book on Barbara's waist does it too, I believe "^^

I mean, Honkai Impact devs are literally cultured people. Even the great Carl Jung and Leo Tolstoy get mentioned. Even Dostoevsky. So, Mihoyo definitely would not put out a game that's not on par or better in detail than their first game. They literally just studied literature, Nordic myths, and stuff.

this game is actually on par with AAA titles on pc/console from a production standpoint, just without the graphical bells and whistles. i mean they hired shanghai symphony orchestra for arguably the best game ost of the decade

What I don't understand in login screen is the sun rises and sets in the same direction, west. Notice the shadows of the structures.

When you open game at day, intro song is instrumental, when night, vocal. I don't know about other 2
The accuracy of these small details is what makes the game premium. They really invested in this game they deserve the success they have now. And as a player, whether spending real pennies or just casually playing, all time spent playing Genshin Impact is all worth it.

For some reason, if you use Diona's skill near some Npcs (Katheryne in Liyue, Sara from goodhunter, the two fatui diplomats beside the main teleport in mondstadt) they clap as if you were barbara using her normal attacks
The amount of detail you can find in a game is a great indicator of how much passion went into making it.

This game is like soo real and feel like I was on the game 😂 so much detail! I love it!
another weird thing about footprints it that they usually dont match up with characters feet. if you dash they dont have a foot print until they start running again.
The footprints are usually the shape of the small boys, like kazuha, aether, razor, and bennett.
If the character is wearing heels, it will still leave a boot print.
Detail about the loading screen, during day theres more instruments, no singing, during sunset its a little singing, and during night the signing its the most loud one and you can hear instruments playing faintly almost absent, its a cool Detail!
Mihoyo put so much detail tho
You should lower the music more when it comes to sound type details.

Being a guy who played many RPG games since childhood, I can't help but be amazed at how RPG games have evolved from pixel art to such detailed a 3D game. From Golden Sun to Bravely Default to Final Fantasy to Genshin Impact. Truly baffling.
That amount of detail makes our game Open World RPG in Mobile not Mobile Open World RPG.

The wind wheel aster is like a weather prediction
There is one other thing that I also didn't know existed. When picking up an Anemograna ( A small creature that when you get all three, it creates a wind current) with an Anemo Character, it creates a wind current using their skills, even when you picked one Anemograna, using an Anemo Character's skill can make a wind current. I don't know if all Anemo Characters can do this (used on Kazuha and Venti).
It works with every anemo characters.
It works on all anemo characters, it's just that Sucrose's normal attacks don't activate it.
*I literally know almond all of these,one of the reason is because I will INTERACT with EVERY SINGLE THING in the game and not trying to SPEEDRUN the game*

I noticed the loading screen a few months ago which is really cool
the dragonspine machine design is less of a direct connection to the flowers than it is to the prominence of the triquetra in genshin. The 3 sided symbol is seen basically everywhere (dragonspine snowflakes, domain entrances, paimon's outfit, various ruins, mora, locked spiral abyss, cecilias, to name a few things). Definitely look into its symbolism if you're into lore

first time I've noticed echo in the game was in Dragonspine's cave with Bennett yelling "BOUKEN NA BOUKEN".
