Well I just prepared a frozen stir-fry vegetable mix that I found in the freezer section. I buy them in a big bag at either Sam's club or Costco. I cooked it the same way as I did those mixed frozen vegetables. So it is not a new recipe. So simple and delicious!
This is such an easy way to cook frozen vegetables! I started using the toaster oven to cook frozen vegetables when our microwave broke and I was in a hurry. The vegetables do taste delicious cooked this way. I hope you can try it.

I have not tried it. I know you can cook it in casseroles. It is delicious in lasagna😀
