As a kid, I didn't care for tuna casserole. Now, I love it, especially if it's like you prepared it here! I admire your choice of Romano cheese rather than the breadcrumbs. This is another toaster oven award winner! Great job, Jim!

I'm a tuna casserole master chef...You must use the best ingredients to make a delicious casserole... Mostly all the tuna has soy in it now (GM food linked to cancer)... My recipe. ..Bumblebee Prime filets Solid White Albacore in water 2 -3 cans (has no soy, about 2.50 a can Wide egg noodles cooked al dente two packages of Borden 6 cheese italian mix shredded cheese ( 2 for 5 deals at Acme all the time) 3/4 stick of butter salt and pepper Once noodles are cooked, grease pan with butter, put the remainder of the butter in with noodles mix around till butter is melted Add 1/2 tuna, one bag of cheese...Mix together until it's barely visible...Mix in remainder of ingredients... Cook at 350 for about 40 minutes, let cool for 5 or so...THAT is tuna casserole! Mushroom soup?...Milk?...PEAS? :)...i know some people do it that way but...Seems like they should be looked at by
Thank you for showing that it can be done, but NO to all that wimpy cheese. I cannot understand this American fetish for cheese in and on everything 😫 !! ( I am a Southerner, and love good cheese on its own! )
