- A drunk woman is arrested after biting a 6ft7 man. The drunk suspect tells officers she called police to deal with her problem but is upset after the police took her to jail. Meanwhile, officers place multiple a combative drunk suspects in restraint chairs to cool down, but they're running out of space. One suspect is offered a second chance to cooperate and get out of the chair but he quickly disrespects his choices.
Jail is an American documentary reality television series that follows suspects in custody from booking through to incarceration. The show documents events in different jails across the U.S. Jail is the sister show to Cops, a show that follows police officers on patrol.

Gum bites hurt just as bad. They just don't typically break skin. I've been bit by someone with no teeth. It hurt like hell, and it bruised, like a big purple and black bruise. I would have preferred teeth, I think.

I've been a jail countless time's & 3 different counties & aside from the lone 1 that's a puke the rest were amazing like these guy's & why I ❤this show for we need compassion in this situation & they give it in spades.❤❤😊

Good idea to film the procedures. Less chance of of accusations of police abuse later on. The officers are remarkably patient.

@suzannelacy8093 Thank you 😊 I know you don't want to hear my life's story but please 🙏 let me say that as I helped raise all of my Grandkids I would often look at them as we went to Chucky Cheeses, parks,movies, Disneyland etc and tell myself this sure beats watching 👀 them grow up in pictures on a prison cell wall 🧱 ❤️ 💙 😀 I was told by my attorney that my criminal history was so extensive that next time I would be facing 20 years! YIKES Thanks for letting me share that with you as happy tears 😹 are flowing down my face right now.

I loved it when the guard was being condecending by telling the combative prisoner to " go ahead and put your 'little' flip flops on".
I get the "milk is not a medical allergy" when the guy explained that drinking it is an issue but some food allergies are also linked to medical allergies as some medications contain chemicals that's in food that people are allergic to. Those guys should know this.

I'm pretty old now, but over the years, I've been arrested a few times. Booking folks were always chill and professional. Never saw people behave like they do these days.

@32:30 I don't think wasting ones time trying to hold a dialogue with that 80 year old is futile. People who will argue until the cows come home will not stop just because they have been arrested. They usually don't care who you are. They have to have the last word. Just better to walk away.
