Homeless guy just trying to survive, did know there are resources to help. Give the guy a break, give him a ticket and a list of resources so he can eat. He wouldn't have done that if he knew where to get help. I've been homeless a couple times and I always looked up resources on a library computer so I wouldn't starve, and I might get a bed for the night. Here's a crazy homeless story though. When I first moved to my state, I rented a room from a nutty woman, and she was so bad that I packed and went to sleep on a church doorstep. The bishop woke me up and said I couldn't sleep there but wouldn't let me leave. He dumped me back on the woman's doorstep, and of course the lady called the cops. They scooped me up and dumped me in a park. So, I wrap up and lay in the grass. Not 5 minutes later the sprinklers came on dousing me. Got up and moved to the pavement, wrapped and lay down. I woke up to someone on the phone telling the cops they found a dead body, the "dead body" was me. 🤣
Sgt Peterson is one of my favorite officers he is professional and kind hearted but gets strict when needed, coming from a Correctional Officer myself.
Heartbreaking some of these guys, just sad addicts trapped in the merry go round of addiction that would rather hang out at the jail than go home...... 😢😢😢
Can you blame them, most of these people are raving idiots who behave like animals. It's a jail not club med. You can't expect to be treated with the upmost respect when you have no regard for laws/law enforcement.

I suspect she was supposed to do something like drug classes and she didn’t so a warrant was issued for her arrest. Now, I do hope she’s clean and is bettering her life but I sadly suspect that’s not the case!

Th good cops are the ones that know that anyone even themselves could end up doing something illegal and be in jail. The bad ones are the ones who are cops to be better than other people and use their authority as a weapon and are no different than the violent offenders they arrest! These cops on the show seem like goid ones, at least the little I've seen of them.
Rodriguez has a anger problem. If u can't handle drunk people without twisting arms of handcuffed men who weigh less than 125 pounds you have no reason to be a corrections officer. I can't believe they are allowed to use pressure points and twist arms like that. I believe in using the amount of force that is required but that guy was no threat. He just wasn't listening to commands. And we know that drunk people follow directions the first time. NOPE!!! .Rodriguez has no business in that uniform.

Vegas? Been there, done that. Not a bad place if you stay in a good casino and don't leave it. If you do leave the casino go armed because the street trash can be violent. But nothing that a .45 can't handle. Reno is a little better. But not by a whole lot. I did enjoy Pahrump though. Nice and quiet with friendly people and some very good eating establishments. Pahrump was a place where I could have some good conversations with the locals and actually relax a bit.
I never get to understand drinking for new year or anytime? the next morning when people empty the alcohol from system they don't really remember much🤔 alcohol is the road to being in jail,hospital,or morgue. We want peace with each other and on earth but as long we continue to alcohol, drugs and so on there always gonna be hate and crime and empty soul with is hell.
These cops look like they're being overly aggressive with the drunk people. They need some classes on how to deal with people in an altered mental state instead of slapping them around.
