Hello. Are all the states directed to invite mainly the onshores for now? nothing against them at all but I'm afraid that the offshores could be left over for the end of the FY or not at all. What do you think, sir? SA, WA, VIC sent most their pre-invitations for the onshores.
hi, thank you for your video. What happens to the existing 482 visa holders? will the new SID applies to them as well? How does it work in the past from the 457-482?
Hello, I hope you are well, I work as a Room Leader in childcare, my occupation does not fit 482 at the moment, but I have a great chance of getting into the New Skills in Demand Visa. Do you think I should anticipate getting the skill assessment ready Or wait for it to be released? Thank you
I lived in Melbourne for 5 years during 2003 and now have a PHD plus secondary and uni teaching experience, PGCE is also in progress. A valid aussie valid driving license with me. I do qualify under green list to NZ and I wish to come back to Victoria for teaching...so how about do share your terms and conditions for my application under 190/491 or any other visa thats applicable?
@@jaimegonzalezwillson4258 I think you folks with 482 probably need to go for SID visa instead. I don’t think the self-sponsorship feature would be applied to 482/494 retroactively.
question: what will happen with the existing applicants of Global Talent Visa (lodged from July 2024). It seems that the number of application on hand is already well above 4000 quota
Do we think truck driver will be on any of the occupation lists ? I’m on Australia in a 417 but would like to stay here permanently, I was a truck driver for 3+ years at home (uk) I know DAMA is possible
Will it affect 186 de for chef or 186trt visa because in update of skill in demand they mention Self access to nominate permanent resident in addition to employer sponsor visa for example reformed point test sooo what like can you give me hint?
Hello, I have just gotten a job offer with a QLD Health, service who assured me of Sponsorship after 2 years, not started on my employment though. What is your advice please?
I'm sorry, I don't think I understand your question. I asked because of what you said about QLD. I want to know if I will be making the right decision going to QLD. I hope I have not passed a wrong message?
Sorry people, the Australia is already full, so stay at home and do not come here as you will be very disappointed, we are in the middle of the rental crisis, the prices increasing every month of everything, the country is now so expensive that you have a feeling that you are in Switzerland and the unemployment is rising as the prices of the homes! Victoria is the only state where you might have a chance as everyone is fleeing from that bankrupted state. QLD is totally full and will not accept any overseas migration only interstate. I warned you! No more lucky country!

Hey Karl. Can you do a explainer video on Date deemed skilled. There seems to be alot of confusion around it.

same structure
@@ChannelAMEC meaning existing 482 visa holders will also have the same benefits as the new SID holders when it's implemented end of the year?

Can’t wait for employees to not need secondary sponsorship from employer for PR.
Yup
@estellebright2579 maybe in an ideal world where all things are fair and just.
You think this will be extended to people sponsor under 482 or 494 visa? o will be only for people sponsor under skill on demand visa?

Hello Carl is this new skills in demand visa targeting onshore or offshore applicant?
Both
Do u think this skills on demand visa will end 186 DE ? Or will have any impact on 186 DE?
Nope.. that's not the intention
Thanks for the video. Will the age limit for PR TRT going to be reviewed?
I think to 35 otherwise the 35 yr cap for post study visa will become suspicious
45

keeps queuing up
@@ChannelAMECdo you think once the new visa is out, DOHA will force refunds and just stop processing ?
@@ducvm88 possibly, they have all those unreasonable tactics which we've seen in the past

What is future prospect of accounting carriers ?? I am planning to study in Australia in accounting. What is scope of job opportunities and PR ??
Way too many accountants here market saturation
It is always a very competitive area...
Anyone thinking of nomination in QLD sorry to inform you the employers are as unwilling as the government.

Sure, when the policy is out! definately
HI Carl, how about 186DE and 186TR visa?
No change
