    Good day, thank you so much for sharing the above. Very much needed. I can't lie down on the bed on my own nor can I raise my legs. Need assistance. Please suggest how to lie down on my own and raise my legs. Even if I keep it on the bed, it just slips

    before i can curl and stra8ghten my fingernow they are swollen and its hard to move them....what to do

    hi good day i had a stroke 14 th september 2023 till now .we are seeing some improvement but the right arm muscle is still paining and heavy to move and the right foot does sometimes curl in while walking any help will be nice

      I had a stroke january 13 of 2020 and this therapists exercises have made a huge difference. Still am not like was before the stroke but much better than going to a therapy class . Just gotta be committed
