Sony Xperia XA2 and XA2 Ultra Review!

- A video review and comparison between The Sony Xperia XA2 and XA2 Ultra.
The main differences are 5.2 inches display, single 8MP front camera and 3300mAh battery on the XA2 and 6 inches display, dual front 16MP + 8MP camera with OIS and 3580mAh battery on the XA2 Ultra. The XA2 also has 32GB storage / 3GB RAM and the XA2 Ultra comes in 32/64GB storage and 4GB RAM. Is it a worthy successor to the XA1?

Because I own an XA2 Ultra I known it has Stereo microphones but I also know from testing that the stereo microphones on my XA2 Ultra are wired backwards and I have videos about it on my channel.

Very good review. I just saw the Xperia XA2 Plus and I hope Sony creates a XA2 Plus in a more compact size.
The XA2 is the more compact size. I doubt there will be a smaller version though.
@@JustAnAverageUser I apologize, but I wasn't clear. The XA2 currently being offered should also have a all metal build. There isn't enough compact and all metal phones on the market.
Does the xa2 uktra have two sim card slots?
If it says expandable to 256GB with SDXC, can I add a 256SDXC to the 32GB internal? Or, would that be too much?

Just An Average User I have question bro. Are both Xperia XA2 and XA2 Ultra using the same exact micro-chip fingerprint sensor component part? Because all the fingerprint sensor's part number/ shows in eBay sellers of that both XA2 & XA2 Ultra have the same part number as SDG-M FAM2C30004F-B1-S, same references and they are exactly the same the way it built, location of sensor, position of every designed part and contour of flex cable. I'm talking about when the fingerprint sensor in the phone became not responding of detection (defective/malfunction) we have to change/replace a new fingerprint sensor then buy either in dealer stores or in eBay. Because I want to change/replace a defective (not working) and buy a new replacement in eBay. Sellers in eBay was knew it's different except the other seller told me not. There are only two sellers selling in China sells in the right fair low price but almost running out of stock in fingerprint sensor for XA2 Ultra while in the XA2 model still have more fingerprint sensor.
So, double triple inquiry, is that means...does it work in both model XA2 and XA2 Ultra that seems using the same exact micro-chip fingerprint sensor component part? So that's my question in very first sentence & last. Let me know first...I'm waiting...

I honestly dont remember. Usually my experience is 6-9 GB is for the OS.

Thanks For The Response! 🤗.. now I'm alreasy using XA2 ULTRA 64GB a half month already . Yeah 12GB are already use by applications and os. Its a great phone and feel awesome and experience. This Year im new on new xperia smartphone.. since before i use xperia m5 which is great on camera and performance but not great on battery life. and now i feel better with big smartphone and bigger battery and battery life endurance. You can get from Lazada, or Sony shop. I don't think the small one is sold here

Can it play PUBG on high graphics? It's sorta one of the main reason I'm buying it, aside from the camera.

Dat Dope Gamer so far yes they will support high for this device but I'm notbsure when. I'll check how it fares on the high end devices i have like xzs/xzp and on the s8+ of my dad when i visit him.
I think they'll support high end devices/chipsets faster than the mid range ones

You think new design always have a better design, not for me, sometime old design is better, I like the Sony Fingerprint on the lockscreen button, I hate when somy change on the back, feels like Sony copy Google Pixel, & the XZ Premium design is way more better than new XZ2 new stupid design
I think back or side the fingers would still rest on naturally. I guess Sony is trying something different to attract people
