    Such great content! A big thanks to the speaker (Vivek Pandey) and the Product School San Francisco. I really liked watching it multiple times and made a lot of notes and it helped me during my interview preparation in coming up with the structured response. Thanks again!

    The first presentation that I found to be extremely effective and useful! This should be the format going forward. If someone can expand on all of these topics with real-life examples, it’ll really help aspiring PMs to interview better.

    This is great, specific examples are far more informative that the high level statements a lot of presenters give. As we all know, in product management the devil is in the details so to speak, meaning specific examples really help to demo how to implement these ideas.

    The q&a questions from the audience are hard to hear. But how would Facebook use A/B test when there are so many personalized experiences among individuals? They must be doing A/B testing at the individual level and seeing what works for the person vs. a treatment and control group.

    • @vivekspandey
      @vivekspandey 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      That's the whole point of A/B testing. The only difference between Control and Treatment groups (ideally) is the feature being tested. Then you need a large enough randomized sample to 'average out' the personalized experiences of everyone. (BTW, I have quit Amazon since I recorded this video and now work at FB as a Product Manager :D )
