    Always looking for another type of workout! Never get rid of old equipment! Been Working on jumpers knee pain and can finally do these types of exercise once or twice a week! I’m so glad because it’s so fun and YOU MAKE IT FUN! Don’t stop being you, you are so motivating and real! Really enjoy it! Thanks so much!

    Very challenging cardio - my legs are dead. Very organized and clean. Love your upbeat personality! The tap style step took me back to the very early days of teaching step (before tapless step choreography). It was a good challenge for my mind as my body wanted to NOT tap - LOL!!! I loved this!

    Did this tonight and wowzer those hiit sections seemed even deadlier than usual ! I was really struggling to get my heart rate down and ready to move on !! Loved it of course more please !!! 💖

    I really enjoy your workouts. They are a lot of fun and hard work for sure. But it’s so hard to hear you when you call out the next move. I get so confused. I feel like I got a decent workout in, but I know I can do so much better! Gonna keep on practicing with you and hopefully I can learn fast!
