Dude, the way South Africans are musical is out of this world. I've been to places in SA where strangers would meet for the first time and just belt out a song as if they are a long standing choir with years and years of rehearsals. It's amazing to see.

Guys, all countries sing, but some better. As a Motswana from Botswana 🇧🇼 that has lived in Zimbabwe, Botswana, South Africa and a few more; in my personal experience, it seems like wherever struggle for freedom occurred, God embedded a deep and soulful musicality in the people of that country. Zim is another one where when they sing, it's heavenly. I'm not taking anything away from the beauty that South African musicality is; it's definitely a blessing to men kind

bros as i hear them ehn, i give my life weh don already dey with christ back to christ guyy make you come seee the translation of wetin you hear, another shocker this whole thing forms part of their National anthem o bro
This anthem is basically a prayer. Nkosi sikelel' iAfrika(God bless Afrika)
Maluphakanyiswe uphondo lwayo( Raise its horn)
Yizwa imithandazo yethu( Hear our prayers)
Sibe moya munye (Let us be one in spirit)
Noma sekunzima emhlabeni ( Even when it gets difficult in this world )
Sihlukunyezwa kabuhlungu ( Being painfully / brutally persecuted)
Nkosi siph' amandla ( Lord give us the strength)
    Okunqoba ( to conquer)
    Silwe nosatane( and fight Satan)
I was so touched by your reaction, you might not have understood the words but your soul/ spirit felt it.
These are the songs that helped them cope during those painful days and it is still relevant even now.
There was a time during apartheid when this anthem was banned, one could get jail time for singing it.
