The AND gate change to NAND gate since we need to turn logic 1 into 0 (if it doesn't work, in my case), so 1 0 1 0 becomes 0 0 0 0.

There should be nand gate instead of AND
Because nand gate produce 0 as a output

Watch closely and you will find that the reset is initiated with a 1 , not 0. So, AND will do the trick

You need 4 because it is a mod 10 counter. 10 is between 2^3 and 2^4.
