I got a question man. I'm trying to build general legs strength and reactive strength at the same time. So should I have a day where I lift heavy for example maxing out on squats and not focus on moving the weight fast, and on another day I squat with lighter weight and focus on moving the weight as fast as possible. Do you think this will be beneficial for my vertical and general sports performance?
I’m curious as to why it would be acceptable in these regressions for these athletes to continue to walk off the insides of their feet? Not ‘driving’ over the toes? Is this a good time to fix?
The guy's snatch form and technique aren't good, first he's bending the elbows way too soon and second when he's catching it his feet are way too far apart... So yes he's really strong and fast but his technique and form are really bad ! Same problem with his clean he's pulling with his arms so his elbows are bent right from the start !

Limited to the point that they can't do squats yet.
Get on a mobility program and lift as you normally would. As you train youll get more flexible
