This is a boat that I’m currently looking at purchasing. I’m predominantly going to be Spearfishing from it and it would be good having that board at the back. Did this project cost you much? And how long did it take you in man hours? Thanks

Hey Steve. I would allow about 10k to do it properly as there is a lot of work strengthening it and getting the Buoyancy correct. it took about 6 months but not sure on man hours as the guy that did it had other projects on at the same time and I just did other bits that I knew how. Good luck they are great boats but take your time with the pod as it can change the boats performance if not done right.

Did you widen the pod for buoyancy? Noticed its a lot wider in the final video you have, also is it a 20'' Outboard on it?

Yes we put more floatation under it mainly for when it was at rest with divers sitting on the back. Its a 25" transom after the refit. Cheers.
