Here I run the Jonsered 2071 for the first time in the wood. There was no weird stuff during heat cycling, but something is happening here.. Welcome to Man Time!
It is definitely not running right. I have a Husky 371 (same saw different color) and your Jonny is not winding up near what it should or have the low end guts it should either.

Great content! I ran that same saw for many years along with my XPs, and it never let me down in the woods. The 2186 was a more brute version...

Yeah I'm thinking the noise is still some sort of misalignment with the crank / piston / cylinder?
