    Whenever I have a nagging doubt or question, I listen to a video of Eckhart - any video, the topic does not matter. Just listening to him brings in the Presence and dissolves the doubt/question. Thanks a lot Eckhart for being the guide in my life 🙏🙏🙏

    Inner peace is not the absence of conflict, nor the absence of challenge, but rather the capacity to be with what is, in each moment, without prejudice or judgement.

      Yep yep. He does not say a word he does not mean. That is, he does not rush or seek to find a solution for the student asking for help. He pulls the solution from deep within. Not within him, but within you, me, the dog, the earth,… and so on❤

      What do you mean by "his" truth? Isn't the truth just the truth? Like if i say the earth revolves around the sun, is that my truth? Is it just plain old truth? I'm so confused by the way language has been changed lately. Please explain?

    • @veronicarios4620
      @veronicarios4620 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@sugarhieroglyph we all have a different lens of perspective in the way we think and see things and everyone may not resonate with the same ideas. So that is why I say, "his truth" because he describes a perspective that not everyone may agree with. We aren't meant to be the same or have the same beliefs and that is okay.

    I never imagined that I would end up living alone. As a child was surrounded always by other children, as an adult and young mother of 4, they were always around me. Now alot of the time it's just me, had alot of tears, friends dying, adult children moving on. But what's helped alot recently is going into the church just sitting there being quite, even though the church is empty most of the time, I never feel lonly there and have become more peaceful and the crying is stopped when I return home to an empty house. It's ok to be human, my weakness is my becoming my greatest strenght.
    Thanks for this Eckhart and everyone be gentle with yourselves ❤ sometimes I feel like the heart can't take any more goodbyes, but that's just a thought that is not happening here and now.

    I have been following the teachings of Eckhart Tolle since 2013 after going through a shocking and painful divorce at 27 years-old, which shook "my world" and reality as I knew it. All of a sudden, I was alone in the US, without family and friends - I had very little emotional support and had to learn how to rebuild "my life" on my own. The loneliness and disorientation I felt were intense, Eckhart Tolle's teachings was all I had, so I leaned into it heavily, listening to it every day in my solitude and finding comfort in his voice and in the truth I sensed in his teachings. 9 years later, after a difficult journey of uncovering a lot of unconsciousness (the divorce was just the beginning) my life has transformed - I remarried a wonderful man who is kind, loving, patient and we practice spirituality and work on our unconsciousness together, I have started my dream and vision of becoming a spiritual wellbeing coach with a focus on Eckhart's teachings, and my dream of moving to Portugal is finally coming true. I don't want to focus on the "outer layer" only and don't want to give the impression that life is now perfect, we all know this is not the nature of reality. There is still unconsciousness, but more often than not I am aware of it shortly after, so I'm able to let go and not create suffering. I continue to practice presence since I know anything I experience in the world of form is temporary and will eventually dissolve - I want to be cautious not to develop strong attachments to the world of form after manifesting the life that I always wanted. I felt the truth in my bones in everything that Eckhart teaches, but to have put it to the test (how he says it himself), and to now experience and see the truth for myself has been transformational - it has deepened my presence and trust in it, and it is incredibly liberating to feel connected to source throughout normal daily life. Thank you, Eckhart.. I am infinitely and forever grateful for your teachings
