PhD students have to get over 1 lakh rupees per month and a good accountability system for research publications. I wish people like him are part of the HRD ministry to direct the country when it comes to education.

You have brought our country to a dignitory position among the world. Many a people technically and scientifically skilled are migrating to other countries. So we lose their manpower which is essential for the development of our country. So the Govt. of India should take care and attention to stop this Brain Drain....
Whatever Somanath said is right. But brain drain couldn't be stopped by India government due to some reason. My school mate who was first rank holder in Electronics and communication from Kerala in 1983 who joined in VSSC later as scientist dropped the job after 15 years and migrated to UK. Currently he is working for European space agency. If indian government can give him better renumeration and better position, he might have still served for our country right??.... Somathan was a junior scientist in VSSC at Thumba in Kerala at that time when my friend worked in VSSC!!!!!... So we have to keep our new talented young scietists/engineers with ISRO and develop our country.... So one day world will say MADE IN INDIA is better than others 👍👍

Can't we witness success to build nuclear powered submarine and semi conductor manufacturing in India. Can we ever be global manufacturer of the world. Can we raise rural women literacy in rural India. Can we fight out affordable healthcare rural India. Can we reduce dependencey on imported fuel through ev and alternative fuel. More private sectors must take the charge to become global mnc
