I would like to propose that ISRO is applying horizontal thinking in its cost control measures. The Saturn and Changi rockets used brute force to reach the moon. This is done by the process of vertical integration using the vertical thinking approach backed by huge financial resources.
For sure he is very humble but i think that you have not seen interview of Dr. K Radhakrishan and Dr. K Sivan….. Most of the ISRO chairmen are humble and grounded ❤
