Reasons: 1. Hyderabad was capital for 10 yrs without settlement of disputes of combined assets he came to AP due case .
2. No idiot in history will think to build new city unless his chip got damaged, he might have announced vizag after coming so many companies might have come to AP by this time. Building city will take our generations back and suffer with trillions of money spent for no use ,
