Trust me. Playing it and being unable to progress further than the EA allows feels even worse. The promise of new classes, features and races is sweet anodyne to that wait but alas, still torment to be endured. Same with Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, honestly. That and this are my most anticipated games right now.
@@FiendMatadorSlayerOfNoobs You know what's worse? That your laptop won't be able to play it because of it's low specs and you'll have to ask your father to let you have it installed on his computer and there's the danger of him suddenly seeing something he shouldn't and your older brother's curiousity to know what game you are playing! Just imagine it...😐
Now that you've mentioned it, Shadowheart does sound like a flower's name. Similar to Heartseed ot Paper Heart. I hope it's not a kind of night lilies, that would be too cheesy, right, Chris?
'Wyll, he's strong, fast and righteous.' No, no he isn't Despite his insistence to be a swordsman, he has 13 dex and even less strength. A trap for anyone who doesn't understand dnd stats who will see him run about stabbing things in the gate encounter and assume he's good at it. They had to specifically grant him rapier proficiency ffs, without it he'd be swinging a dagger around fruitlessly.
@@imwithstupid21 10 is the baseline for a non-adventuring citizen. A 13 dex gives only a +1 bonus to his AC, a +1 bonus to hit and damage. That's pitiful. He'll be hit too often, hit not often enough, and when he does hit he'll do less damage than you'd like. And his strength is 9. 9. Even if 10 was average, though for someone *adventuring* it isn't, that's below average.He has a 14 intelligence ffs. Astarion would have been more accurate to call him *clever*.
@@ShadowyDeathSin They're mostly sticking to what's in the PHB, so Hexblade is unlikely. Plus, Mizora is clearly a Fiend patron. Pact of the Blade will eventually be available for him, though you aren't guaranteed to be level 3 when you recruit him and his statline is still not ideal for such a build.
Based off these dialogues alone, Wyll and Astarion should have a spinoff series
This is so funny. I love Astarion.
Waiting for this game is torture
@Julia Console?Ima on PC
@Julia well... shit

Never mind me, just building a ship here in the corner.
Seems like Shadowheart has a crush on Astarion
From what I've seen, who wouldn't?
Astarian flirting with Shadowheart 🤣
If you rearrange letters in Astarion's name - its Voldemort.
and another anagram is Strahd Von Zarovich, blows my mind
@@gwynlefleur Yes, please, GIMME!!!
Hm. I did gay butt stuff with Astarion in MY playthrough.
I think most of us did lol

When they add Hexblade into the game Wyll may live up to his title if we are able to pick it as a playable version of Wyll
10 is average in dnd, right. So 13 makes him better than average.

Keep in mind, our favorite vampirespawn has an INT of *9,* soooo... 😂

didn't know this happens do they happen often?
Astarion's quite fond of the blade of frontiers 😏👅
I get like no dialogue like this and idk why. 4th gameplay in and still no
