Meditation is not something you just do 10 minutes in the morning, it’s a way of life. Practice being fully present when walking, talking, brushing your teeth, driving, cooking, working etc ❤️🧘♂️
wow I'm speechless , I'm struggling so much witch myself the last few years and fighting with my own demons and panic attacks. that I'm scared to go a shop inside or cant get out of the shop because I'm stuck of the attack pfff or ratter I wake up with emptiness or i just wane die. ..... you are my hope! thank you a lot for being here ... and sharing this! because i really i need to find myself again, and get rid of all the negative mindset and vibes.
I’m very lucky I was borned into a Buddhist household. A lot of our family teaching revolve around monks principals which really help me find inner peace during many hardships in my life and make the best of life, even when things seem tough.
It's my dream come true seeing Jay Shetty & Gauranga Das together!! For a moment, just couldn't believe my eyes. Simply blown from this wisdom talk between them. :)
I had always wondered, who was Jay's mentor and finally we get to know. And I really liked his point on the dynamics of family, I'm from India and here we value family and we don't move out of our parent's house after a certain age, infact a majority if not all have this close knit family system and yea it comes with it's own challenges and sometimes they drive you crazy but, it also makes us more tolerant and selfless, I have noticed this on a personal level. When I was living in the city by my own I had become quite self absorbed, less tolerant, which has changed quite a lot after moving back home . The little arguments and annoyances that comes along with living with your family actually brings us closer, we are more open to discuss issues specially the uncomfortable ones and of course the family gatherings and celebrations.
Something that truly motivates me is to have a mental picture of my WHY at the front of my head every day. If your WHY is strong, you fall in line and do the things neccessary to make it come true.
I heard it Jay. Heard it so loud and clear. And now I know what to do, with all that love I have inside me. And how to be able to give, without causing myself pain, without causing others pain. Because, so many times tried to give to people, who don't want to receive. And didn't know how to stop. And tried and tried, over and over again, just because I can see tha pain inside them. Man, it hurts like hell... Now will give only with my heart. Will given, what they want and what they need. And gonna say No, to those who want to satisfy their ego, not their heart. And you know what Jay? I will burn my ego that way. Because the biggest need of my ego is people to need me. Sending you all my love, gratitude and blessings.
Jay shatty I’ve been watching you for years now, and I want to personally thank you for inspiring me. Because of your dedication and constant motivation I taught myself how to create and edit and now I have my own TH-cam channel with amazing content seeking to uplift other like the way you uplifted me. Thanks 🙏🏻 Jay. Keep inspiring us man❤️
Most awaited... our beloved HG Gauranga Prabhu, who inspired Jay and the Monk about whom Jay speaks always that how he felt that when he first heard Gauranga Prabhu he was completely fixated on him ♥️♥️♥️💫💫💫 awww my two most favourites 😍😍😍♥️♥️♥️❤️❤️❤️🤩🤩🤩🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻💫💫💫🌸🌸🌸
38:27 The way Prabhu Ji projects ‘the feeling of Love’ is exactly what my soul perceived. Thank you for opening your treasure to us and letting us taste ‘the supreme pain'. Tolerance, Acceptance and Perseverance : 3 words to depict ‘Love’. Love. Don't ever bereave anyone. Love them for whatever good they have. It takes a lot to accept anyone into your consciousness. Grow and live together and Hare Krsna❤️.
In all humility, Gauranga Das is radiating with so much spirituality and wisdom. Very soothing and reassuring to hear him. Just one question - in Bhagwad Gita, if it is advised to keep in check the urge to convince, yet, Gaurang Das is commending Jay on his steely determination and not taking ‘NO’ for an answer and going all out to convince others. How do you reconcile this?
Depends on what one is convincing the other for, is it for his selfish desires or the good of the other person? If the convincing comes from selfless means then its not really convincing, its love.
As per Gita, to exercise self control and to elevate one's consciousness above all the urges, we need to develop Tolerance against them; 1. Tolerance against the urge to Consume 2. Tolerance against the urge to Control 3. Tolerance against the urge to Convince 4. Tolerance against the urge to Compete Thanks a lot for sharing this wisdom Gaurang Das ji and thanks Jay shetty for bringing them on your interview.
How mediation completely reshapes your thoughts and life is powerful beyond words. Until you start doing it regularly it's hard to grasp how beneficial it truly is. Highly recommend it
Jay is Really today’s you Surprise me About your Latest interview with HG Gaurang Prabhu. I have been working 2.5 Years in Govardhan Eco Village, Galtare, Wada . I can said HG Gaurang prabhu is such wonderful and great Kind, Flexible and most important caring personality I have ever seen. Many times we meet I really wonder about his kindness and Quick decision making. Several time our construction work in Troubled Time In the point of Execution but prabhu solve it in a second.
Finally many people got to know who the person was about whom Jay keeps saying " he captivated me like no one else did". Here he is, sitting next to Jay, the Monk, many of us were curious to know about. Agree?

I agree Jay is a good looking man and his messages inspires me a lot. And now, count me in Sir Gauranga i am a fan already :) Your words of wisdom is very inspiring a very deep topic wherein your view and perspective in life adds to what you already know. There was a percentage of knowledge added upon listening on to this. Thanks to the both of you.

But I'm also looking forward to watch Mrs. Radhi Jay mam you tube channel with her own version of videos as I believe in saying 'Behind every man's success there is a woman', it also applies to women.. What Gaurang prabhu has said here is his realizations from his years of practice and not mere knowledge that he acquired from the vedic scriptures. That knowledge transforms into realization when put into practice. Amazing life of dedication 👏
This is so so good...I love gouranga das....so much clarity... Jay I thank you so this podcast and also the one with radhanath swami.. I would request Jay to make a vedio on to how to have more clarity of thoughts, decisions and purpose..

One of the funny things is that the world practices meditation as a course, in fact, it is not ten, twenty, and thirty-days things. It is every day and whole life things. The Buddha practiced 100 and 1000 eons to be the Buddha while we practice it to complete the course which is incorrect. Practice the meditation as a way of life without any expectation - even peace and calmness. It will help and you will see the results in front of your two eyes.
