If average package se compare karne lage to Top 7 IITs ke close bhi nhi hai, Check Median packages because last year only 43 students got offered more than 1Cr package in IITK, Median package for IITK last year was 17 Lac. My advice will be if you aren't getting CSE or Curcuital branches in Top 7 IITs + IIT Hyderabad, then go for IIIT Hyderabad after that go for BITS.
@@shreyanshsingh1363 combined median package of all 3 bits campus is ~17 LPA, with Pilani campus having a higher median than the rest 2. I believe IIT K has a median in the range of 17.5-18.5 LPA, you can check. So I don't see what distance/closeness you are mentioning.

There is an SBI on campus which give loan without collateral
If you study well there is MCN scholarship with give 80% scholarship on tuition fees
But you would have to get good gpa

Bits Pilani is better than NIT K. But choose NIT K over Bits goa/hyd.
Bits goa, hyd and pilani are better than all nits in terms of placements, peer, flexibility, hostels.
If fee is a problem choose nit without thinking
