Paul seems like a cool person with a good head in his shoulders. The shop is much brighter and films better. About the paint color. I’m partial to painting the frame spruce green and the body taupe, with brown bolts and accessories.
From my experience and getting to know Paul I would say you are correct. There is a reason we are all subscribed to his channel. Thank you the lights turned out great we did what we could that trip. I think I will need to add to the list painting the bolts separately would give it great detail. Thank you for the comments

With the previous Fab Rats lights, I don't know HOW many times I've said, 'How many dumpsters did HE dive?' And I noticed as soon as the new lights went in, how much better the shop looked. Nice work! Really clean look.
Thank you. Allot of work went into getting that done. We talked allot about where the old lights came from. Most came from friends shops when they replaced there’s with new. He made it work you do what you have to right.
Part of the allure of Fab Rats has always been that that they made due with what they had and recycled everything. Its the old way; I learned the same from my parents. Creative problem solving. Anyone can save up and go buy a new widget. Getting by without spending any money takes creativity and skill.

You brightened Paul’s day that shop looks really good now I just installed new lights in my shop throughout the old Fluorescent bulbs put a new LCD superbright good work keep it up
It’s amazing how much energy is saved by going with a new LED Fixture, if we are to use the energy we have we must all be efficient using the newest equipment offered. Great job !
Great point! for the most part these products like LED’s are great for all of us. It has taken years for them to be affordable and available but at last they are.

I just sold a yellow fj recently it had that crack problem showing allot of rust. don’t know if it would be worth it but it would look good for awhile though.
I like the idea I was thinking dark green but lime green would definitely pop better. I was thinking about the frame I do have other supports currently out to remove the frame I’ll see what they do to help then decide
Gotta be careful boxing that frame. Big trucks like that gotta have some flex. If you stiffen it too much you could end up chasing cracking issues constantly.
loved the lights.. theres still not enough bad reasons to not do a burnout inside of a shop in my opinion HAH glad to add ya the list tho! much love keep on keepin on
Burn outs are fun !!! I will hopefully be showing a few with a couple of my toys soon. The clean up in the shop makes you question location of the burn out but they still may be worth it. Thank you check out our video coming out Sunday hopefully it’s to your liking as well.

Safety yellow always looks cool. I used to have my frames for Suzuki rm dirtbikes I rebuilt powder coated safety yellow it looks like Suzuki Yellow and was cheap anytime I had something powder coated yellow

I am a fan of green. Particularly the forest green that Jeep used a few years ago. multi tones of green to offset all red and brown Utah. !

I'd build a 6x6 Bug-out Overland Camper. "Sasquatch" rocks. Pixelated camouflage. Solar panels all over the roof. A SHTF vehicle.

Black in the desert is not a good color.
Keep weight to a minimum Only box the frame every 18" .
